Store smells like SEWER ask the manager to open the door for fresh air he opened it for 5min colse it .. very gross smell don't dine in VERY DISGUSTING!!!

Ordered food, paid $15 and no food after 20 -25 minutes. Such a poor service. Asked for a refund but cashiers suddenly produced meal.Left without food and no refund.Not a busy location as only one dine in customer. Need trained staff, never had problems at any KFC location before. All the orders were being checked again and again.No food No Refund
