Ordered 2 for 5 snacker wrap deal, both wraps were supposed to be the festive variety. They provided both wraps without cranberry sauce, only stating they were out after. No replacement or sauce offered, and they didn’t tell me before I ordered. Brutal service, won’t be back unfortunately.

Haven't been to a KFC in a long time and never really expect anything more than quick tasty food. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and really made it a better experience. Thank you guys for being so nice. Have a good holiday season and stay safe.

It is currently 5:40pm on a Wednesday evening. The lights are all on, there are customers still dining in and staff are in the back, and the open sign is lit up.
I go inside and the first set of doors are open, but the next set are locked. After trying to get the employees' attentions, they signal with arms crossed that they are CLOSED.

Sorely disappointed, I paid 33$ for 10pcs of chicken and take me one hour to wait. The cashier/server and even the manager name ricamae rabino just ignored me and laughed and this the third time it happened to me. Something wrong with the management.

Today we ordered a bucket of 10 chicken pieces. The breaded chicken skin was soggy and did not taste any good. I guess wow chicken and or costco is better
