The greasy chicken is exacly how i remember it lol..(pool of grease at the bottom of the bucket)...the pop corn chicken is good...the "new" frys are much better than the soggy cardboard ones they used to have. The sides are oknas well. Worste part is the greasy chicken

The chicken coating was odd. The onion rings we're inedible. But the state of the bathroom was really unsettling. I don't think anyone has deep cleaned that bathroom in months. Walls, floors, entire toilet etc.... they did not have hand soapOverall the worse KFC I've frequented in a while.

What bothered me most was the long wait time for my order when seeing other patrons come in and receive their meals almost immediately without wait. The new kiosk ordering machine was really confusing and if anything my observations would suggest it took more time than not having it . I also did not receive my dipping sauce for the extra crispy box. The chicken itself was good and fresh but the service experience today was very poor
We order the 2 for 1 buckets from here and not one piece of chicken in either bucket was crispy. They were sogy and gunky. Certainly not the texture one would expect from fried chicken.We will never order from this place again
