Manager deliberately changed my order i wanted the 4 piece chicken combo with fries and a drink. The Manager entered into the register as a box which is $2 more. I caught it and had him fix it. How many others have you deliberately upsold without permission? They also don't care as my previous review was ignored. I could be spending a lot more with them as I live in the neighborhood but I can't trust them.

terrible atmosphere in this location, went on a tuesday night and there were three people running the place with one small girl wearing a black shirt she was southeast asian yelling all through the store scolding the other 2 staff with customers in the front being so unprofessional and interrupting staff while talking with customers, can’t imagine what it’s like at peak hours, tension calmed down when manager came

Terrible terrible service. We ordered 2 straightforward meals at the kiosk. Getting the food took over 20 mins. To be honest, after 20 mins of waiting I complained at the desk and I don't think they had even started our order. They were prioritizing the drive thru and we had been forgotten. So they then scrambled to do the food. Disgraceful service. Over 20 mins for fast food. Never again.

Me and my boyfriend are very frequent customers of this specific location, We had orders come wrong or with missing items in the past, but gave them the benefit of the doubt, and understood things happen. We placed an order today that we never received, and after calling them about it they said they’d provide a refund and we can just re-order, which we did thinking we we’re receiving money back for the first. After putting in the second order, we had a call back saying the manager had decided we are “blacklisted” for previous complaints and accused us of “scamming them” and would not be getting our money back, food order or can ever order here again. The whole time we had been on the phone we heard employees in the back yelling “they’re lying, they’ve complained before” and other accusations. Probably the worst quality and Service we’ve ever seen. Very disappointing coming from a business we have supported numerous times and not a very professional way of handling this situation.

Employee (Darlyne) needs to behave in a good way to customer maybe she just have some different attitude towards me. I been coming to this location for 3 years all other employees had good behaviour towards except her. She had good customer service towards other customers which I noticed when I was waiting for my order.

I ordered in store and waited 30 minutes to find out they didn’t even process or start preparing my order. When I finally got it, it was cold. Understaffed and poorly managed
Place is an absolute joke. Ordered from here twice on Skip and every time they've forgotten items from our order. Most recently they missed out the chicken strips and gravy from my 3 piece tenders box meal (how TF) and the fries and coleslaw from my wife's Big Crunch box meal. Paid $54 and got less than $25 of food. Place should be shut down.

DO NOT order from here! I ordered take out and it was one of the most disgusting burger I have ever had. It was so dry I had to dip it in water just to swallow it. absolutely no flavor and did not taste like KFC at all. STAY
