We paid for fried chicken, not a box of dry bones!!!!!!!!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. You know this looks bad and yet you still serve it like it’s okay!!!!! This isn’t a one-time slip — it’s clear there’s no quality control. Hire people who actually care about what they’re serving. We expect better!
