Terrible restaurant. Found a metal screw in my bucket of wings. Took 4 days for them to investigate and shocker they don’t know how it got in there…. A refund issued in another 4 days. What ever happened to if you mess up you make it right and then some?!? Should have received more than a refund for the inconvenience! DON’T EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!

Purchased and 10 piece and 3 sides at 3pm. Fries and gravy were good but the chicken was reheated to death it’s usually so good. Sad when the prices keep going up and the quality goes down.

I would never ever order from this location again. They keep missing items . When they say they they have a driver on its way with the missing order they never show up. This has happened twice . Last time it was delivered to the wrong house . I also found hair in my fries and chicken wings . I have sent corporate a email complaint and will be phoning them Monday . Terrible $85 meal

Very small, there is no need for all tables to be dirty. Chicken pieces were very small for the price. No staff in front of the store when I came in.

So I bought a 6 plus 2 chicken, 2 of those are sides of gravies. Out of 6 chicken 3 are too small almost the size of the regular spoon. . Is this the normal portion of your chicken? The 6 chicken weighs 533 grams including the box.
