Horrible all around, with how the staff acts and behaves I would expect this to be a money laundering operation where they Intentionally do not want you to return. Quality of the food is subpar, I’ve come to this restaurant 3 times since opening years ago. All 3 visits there have been issues, missing items, 0 customer service. 0 Stars.

Never too busy at this location. Went there on a Tooney Tuesday and got my order quickly. You can never go wrong with KFC and the gravy with the chicken is always a treat.

I only have used the drive thru. Staff are always friends and helpful. They even laugh at my bad jokes? The Chicken in their burgers are very tasty and it's real chicken. Unlike some fast food restaurants who use ground up chicken and you're not really sure which part of the chicken it come from.

We picked up their chicken, fries, chicken strips ,salad and popcorn chicken. Came home, the fries were missing. My husband had to go all the way back to the store while kids and I started eating chicken..The staff insisted that he put fries in the bucket.(How can they put large sized fries in there … we have 8 pieces of chicken, chicken strips and popcorn chicken in the bucket )In the end my husband finally got fries,but we are not happy about their customer service.We opened the bucket and confirmed that there were no fries.Why the staff had to refuse to apologize and give us fries right away… I don’t get it. Do you think we drive back and forth and lie to get the extra fries ?Anyway… please train your staff. Everyone makes mistakes so we understand sometime we have missing item but making customers drive all the way back to the store and treating such a way is not acceptable.

Best KFC I’ve ever been to. It was impeccably clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’m from another country and had questions about the menu and the staff were patient, friendly and obliging. Great team/store!

So I have been a loyal customer.. since they had the extra crispy chicken... But for this visit I recently had . I placed a pickup order for the Tuesday special.. and requested extra crispy chicken.. and I already knew of the wait.. so I proceeded.. and then when we came on the expected time of 30-40 mins.. I had to repeat my order again.. and extra crispy chicken.. and well received my order... But then when I got home... I see we got the original recipe...I don't mind the original.. but when I order the extra crispy chicken and I am aware of the longer preparation.. I expected the extra crispy chicken. SoI am a bit saddened with my visit.. please help the staff be aware of what customers ordered... Thank you

Coming here since 4 months this location is always clean dining rooms and also the washroom there were way cleaner then other fast food restaurants great job guys keep it that way i am not waiting most of times but if i ask them to make fresh they cook specially for me best kfc in calgary its getting better then what it was
Worst KFC is Calgary. I ordered online a head of time and still had to wait 10+ min. I paid gravy and it’s 1/4 the size from before, not sure if it’s the same as other places but never eating at KFC anymore.

Verdict: DON’T come here.Good: The chicken taste was on par - super greasy but edible. Fries were crispy and hot.Bad: The gravy is liquid and watered-down to save on cost, not as flavourful as other locations nearby.Really bad: Out of the 20 piece meal we got, there were 9 drumsticks, 6 thighs, 2 wings, and 1 small breast, and 2 ribs. In other words, 75% dark meat and almost 50% cheap dark meat. Either these guys can’t recognize a drumstick from regular pieces or they’re saving the good pieces for friends and family who feed most of the 5-star reviews - you decide.While we grew up on KFC, things have clearly changed. Mary Brown’s is 5 min drive from here and Popeyes about 15 away. Both have way bigger pieces. Mary Brown’s in particular gives whole pieces, so 1 MB = 2-3 KFC pieces. If we ever try KFC again, it won’t be from this location - these owners think they’ll have a constant stream of hotel guests to take advantage of.If you are at one of the hotels near the airport, do yourself a favour and walk across to the T&T mall or cross the street to the next block where there’s a ton of good restaurants. We tried T.Pot, Jerusalem Shawarma, and others in this area - all were far better picks than this KFC.
