Huge shout-out to Ava at the KFC in the West Hills Town Center. She was absolutely fantastic. Ava was bright, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, with such a positive personality that it instantly made the experience better. She was on top of her job, helpful, and clearly cared about giving great service. It’s always refreshing to be helped by someone who brings good energy and actually enjoys what they’re doing. Ava is a real asset to this location and deserves recognition for how great she is with customers.

Very impressed with the food, very fresh, very hot and not greasy, i must say the location is very, very clean. I literally watched the guy, clean the trim on on the molding,very impressive,100% coming back to this location

My dad and I order from the drive-through 3-5 times per month. The food is always fresh and hot. And the gravy has been consistently good for the last 2 months at least.
But what I really want to talk about is the service - Leo in particular. Leo is the manager. He is warm, friendly, and very welcoming. He's also funny and wonderful to deal with. He knew my order off by heart by the third drive through. He calls me madam 😁. The other day someone new took my order - and finished it by saying "and you want two gravies and an extra fries". I wondered how she knew, but when I pulled up to the window, I heard "Hello, Madam" as Leo walked around the corner. He recognized my order, and told the girl what to say. It was fun.
Its the small things that make an experience great. Thanks, Leo!

Was surprised when I went in to order and was told I could not order from counter anymore. Had to order from the self serve menu. I asked how do you pay for food with cash. Again told had to pay with card. I said sorry I was not. Had cash for this order. There was no signs at doors stating it was self serve or no cash. I spoke with a supervisor and was friendly telling me this was new and I was able to pay cash at counter. Poorly rolled out and have no idea why KFC would want to make these changes without advertising to the public. KFC lost a regular customer thanks to this lack of customer service.
