First of all, I would like to say that false advertisement in this store is a real issue because the advertised that they have extra crispy chicken on literally the menu. However they don't make them every day. They only make them on Tuesdays and Thursdays and it's not even state it on the menu that it's only for certain days. Second of all, single use item has been overturned a week and a half ago by the city of Calgary and these guys are still charging $0.15 for a bag. I had told them that the issue has been overturned by the council. They said they have not heard about it and will consult their owner in the future. However, they still did make me pay $0.15. worst KFC in the city!!!!

Went thru drive through. My husband brought it home and it was the worst. Dry and way overcooked. Didn’t taste of anything except dry and over crisp and the seasoning was cooked right out of it. 27 dollars for two meals plus they charge fifteen cents for the bag now! My meal went straight in the garbage. I called to complain and they just gave me a code to get a free three piece. Why the heck would I want to go back there for that nasty food? I’m so angry I’m seeing red! If you read more posts on here it looks like this is perhaps the way this place is managed. There is more reviews saying that the chicken is dry and has no seasonings? This is unacceptable and everyone should avoid this place.

Food was ok. Dined in and the lady didnt even give us napkins. Then had to get up and wait at the counter for 2 min just to ask for napkins. Another guy that ate there had the same problem. Customer service is horrible at this location.

Called in an order, service and food was good considering its fast food. Order was what it was supposed to be.
Maybe today is a bad day for visiting, because we had too many problems. Self check had a problem sending an order to a kitchen, bathroom had a stinky soap and the tap didn't work properly. Ordered 10 nuggets, expecting them to be normal sized, but they were extremely tiny.

Since the last time I’ve been to this KFC, the chicken tasted like it had no seasoning and the portion for drumsticks and macaroni has gotten significantly smaller.The service provided by employees was nice and they were fast to prepare my order.
