So first I let this go. This time I have to say something. It’s primary Filipino employees that work here. Always the nicest people on the planet typically. The female manager yells and speaks very condescending to her employees aswell the customers(me in this case). When I asked how long it would be(because last time it took 40min) the little cashier simply asked manager how long it will be approximately. manager answered back so loud and so condescending “they will prepare it” it broke my heart. The cashier is literally scared of her. It’s a horrible enough situation but when an employee can’t ask a questions, but when it’s for a customer it should be without fear or condescension. Owner of this KFC needs to let this manager go or atleast demote or reprimand her. I will not be back here untill she is. Sorry but it’s just wrong. I rated it 2 star. One because it was excellently cooked food and second for the little cashier

I went there for the Thursday deal. They said come and get it. When I went there they said it will take 45 more mins. Question is how come they did not let me know when I called them like 25 mins before? Their customer service is very bad. Avoid them and go another location. They should shut down this location for the service they provided
