I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though the place wasn’t busy at all — I was literally the only customer there. When I finally asked for help, I was told that anything I ordered would take 15–20 minutes. Seriously? Isn’t this supposed to be a fast food restaurant?
To make it worse, the staff were speaking in a language I didn’t understand (I think Filipino) and laughing behind the counter. It felt unprofessional and made the whole experience even more frustrating.
If this is the level of service you’re offering when there’s no crowd, I can’t imagine what it’s like when you’re actually busy. Definitely not coming back.

People here are very accommodating and the food is always fresh.
All the foods are always freshly cooked. The filipino girl cashier is also always so polite and kind and I always have a good experience in this location.

The young philipino girl provides excellent customer service at this location. Probably the nicest KFC server I’ve met. Food here also tastes significantly better than the other locations. Would definitely recommend.
