This KFC location has got to go. It has always been hit or miss on whether food will be fast & accurate. Tonight, missed the mark significantly. My husband went to use a gift card we received. The employees had no idea how to use it - my husband had to figure out how to use it on THEIR system and then teach them! It took them a half an hour. (Wish I was exaggerating!) Then the food itself took 40 minutes! When my husband got home with the food (two twisters), both were spicy (only one was supposed to be) and neither had tomato. Unfortunately I’ve had a very similar experience to this before at this location, so this isn’t a one-off. When will I learn my lesson not to risk going to this place?

If could give a 0 star I would do it, I am really disappointed I went there with my kids and I paid a ridiculous price for just some burgers, and the chicken was RAW in the middle, the coke tasted like water and the person behind the counter was really disrespectful and mean, never coming back…

I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though the place wasn’t busy at all — I was literally the only customer there. When I finally asked for help, I was told that anything I ordered would take 15–20 minutes. Seriously? Isn’t this supposed to be a fast food restaurant?
To make it worse, the staff were speaking in a language I didn’t understand (I think Filipino) and laughing behind the counter. It felt unprofessional and made the whole experience even more frustrating.
If this is the level of service you’re offering when there’s no crowd, I can’t imagine what it’s like when you’re actually busy. Definitely not coming back.
