Honestly, I’m really grossed out. I ordered chicken from KFC and there was a hair in it. That’s the last thing anyone wants to see when they’re eating. It completely killed my appetite and makes me question how clean their kitchen really is. Super disappointed, because I used to enjoy coming here, but after this I don’t think I’ll be back.

This is bright and has great ambience location. Went to KFC and they are friendly. Cashier suggested the new sandwich and i love it. Few negative reviews but my experience was awesome.

A few days ago my Skip order was accidentally made pickup instead of delivery. Skip support wasn’t helpful, but when I called KFC, Jayani answered. She was calm, understanding, and made sure I got my food. Really great customer service!

I was waiting in the line together with other customers. When my turn came another customer who just came in went straight to the till and gave his order. I called the attention of the cashier telling her I waited at the line but she told me to just wait until she's done getting the order of the customer who didn't even lined up. The cashier said she had to do him first cause he's also picking up other orders. But it turned out that he didn't have any other orders to pick up. Another thing, the 2 orders of Nacho Fries they served me are both cold meaning, they served old fries.
Went in on a 30° day super hot and ordered a meal with a large drink. They failed to tell me they had no ice and I was left with a warm syrup like drink that was disgusting. I told the lady that I would have never ordered and drink from here if she had told me it was going to be warm and she just ignored me and pretend I wasn’t talking to her. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back!

Me and my friend went to this KFC today ( July.2,2025 at 3:40. The girl who is working for taking orders was very rude. Literally she threw food in front of us. 0 customer service if there is option of negative rating i will do that too. Also, if manager wants to increase the sales change this girl.

The few times i’ve gone to here because there isn’t any where else in the mall for a chicken sandwich, my order has been horrible every time. i asked for a little extra sauce cause they never put much on, and there was quite literally 4 inches of sauce on the sandwich, it was thicker than the chicken itself and you couldn’t even take a bite without gagging. Every other time i’ve gone by order was completely wrong, cold, soggy, etc. do better
