Portions for the two-piece Tuesday special are very small. Other KFCs in Calgary give bigger pieces for the same deal, so I drive to a different branch now.

Never in my entire life and I’ve worked here before. But this branch has given us White meat when we specifically wanted dark meat when they were telling us that they ran out of extra crispy. We told them it is alright as long as it is all dark meat and original. But we were given white meat. When we got home, they told us that we didn’t tell them immediately and that it isn’t their fault. And now they are asking us to return the white meat chicken when it has already been touched and will be replacing it with 6 pcs dark meat.

I went to this location with gift cards, and the system wouldn't take them so they said. They checked the balance of the cards and there was a balance on them. First of all I couldn't even hear the lady at the till because she was wearing a mask. Then went to another location and tried the same cards and they had been redeemed by the 17th ave location. I asked for the manager name at the 17th ave location and was told to call hi flier foods since they owned them. The whole experience at this location was terrible!

Was shorted items on my order. Called in for a solution .The evening woman manger very aggressive ,not willing to ofter any solution just repeatedly stating I was wrong. Even when she could not repeat and verify the receipt correctly. Sadly Bi weekly purchases have ended for this family. Customer service at the 17 ave se location sadly has taken a Hugh downward dive. Wish you luck KFC non- returning client.
We order from kfc i was eating a onion ring and there was a hair in the it. I don't know if i can do this again
