i waited for 1 hour for the order and i order dark meat when i got home it was a white meat!

This place never has white meat like ever .. every time I come in its always dark meat and a 40 min wait for whitemeat.. plus it stinks always dirty.. :( management here needs work @kfc

It makes ZERO sense why you HAVE to order from a kiosk. Everything is behind the counter and you have to ask for a food receipt in order to make sure everything is accurate. Which I recommend since it was just blind operation passing things over the counter and not actually reading what you should have.
Just use skip the dishes, much less of a headache and the same amount of time to get your food.

In all of my life I have never had a worse meal.The fries and nuggets were from yesterday. There was no original sauce or spices. Even the dog would not eat it. In the past I have always had a good meal, the cuts where juicy and delicate with spice. This is not KFC and I do not know what it is.

Awful service. Ended up doordashing an order and after recieving the ready for pickup notifcation I came into the restaurant and it was mess everywhere and the were no staff at the counter, at said point the staff came around, I showed them my order through my phone and after shouting back to the staff in the kitchen proclaimed it would be another 5. It took another 20. And they got the order wrong. Not worth it!

Delivery was 45 minutes late we called the store and they kept telling us that the driver would be here in 5 minutes they told us that for 25 minutes the manager told us they would give our money back which he did not when the driver arrived he was very rude and yelled at us this is the worst customer service I have ever had they deserve 0 stars

I was disappointed. We ordered a bucket of chicken, but they did not give us gravy. When we called them, they told us to deliver the gravy that they missed, but it did not happen. KFC’s chicken is not perfect without their gravy.

Before I left at home around 2pm ish. I ordered online of 2 Big Crunch combo with 2 cans of pepsi. I’m expecting when I arrive at the store my food is ready for pick up. When I’m already at the store. The cashier is assisting the other customer busy preparing the other food, and When I get a chance, I tell to cashier her name is Noemi, that I have online ordered for pick up! I gave my name to her and I pointed those package of bags at the counter, and she grab the bags that similar on my order and I didn’t realize that she gave me a wrong order of 2 zinger combo instead of Big Crunch combo with 2 cans of pop. I didn’t check the food and the name written on the package! Coz, I’m assuming that the food is mine. After a while, she call me several times on my phone. I can’t answer the phone while I’m driving, she left a message on my voicemail. I called the store right after I see the name on the package and got a wrong order. She asked me to drive back to the store location to return the food but I refused it. Because I’m far away! When she realized that I’m so upset on the phone. She offer and bribed me a reimbursement of the food on my next visit at the store. Because of her simple mistake!
I do not recommend this store to others! Poor customer service and unfriendly staff.

I haven't been forest lawn KFC for a long time. My family used to order a big bucket for my family, as a treat for us.
There was a homeless guy in the corner getting dressed and he stunk like he hasn't showered in months. The chicken tasted like it had grains if dirt, like it was dropped on the floor or the oil was so dirty and hadn't been cleaned for a long time.. the salad latterly tasted like soap.they must have washed the container they made it in and never rinced it well enough. What a waste of $$$$. As I couldn't eat it.
I was totally disgusted and will not be back.

Ordered 4pc meal, included 2 thighs, 1 leg & 1 bruised & broken wing & fries, declined drink, although they still charged for deposit? Extra for gravy & stuffing...$3.39 for 1 scoop of dressing, ridiculous price

Extended waiting times due to online orders. So those will have priority over their physical customers in the store, unfortunately.

After you order, they then tell you they don't have this and that, so we have to wait for an extra 14 minutes before you can dine in. Terrible services!
While I don’t have a problem with the front cashier, she is very nice. I was treated very rudely by the filipino kitchen lady named ANA. I think she need a training how to be polite.
