Quite disappointed i splurged on a take out meal and that it was here. The chicken is greasy and old and really should not have been sold. Looking back at reviews I see that this is the norm here. Deffiently won't be back- thank God for Jollibee's. My husband even mentioned prior that we should go there- leason learned.

I ordered a pick-up meal from this KFC location and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with fast food. The food quality was terrible — it tasted old, greasy, and not fresh at all. Within hours of eating, I started feeling sick and had stomach issues that lasted the rest of the day.
This is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand like KFC. If they can’t maintain basic food safety and quality standards, customers’ health is at risk. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management takes this seriously before more people get sick.

The chicken we received was gross! It was soaked in grease. Making it soggy. The fries over salted. KFC isn't the good fried chicken it once was. Not so finger licking good.

There were alot of people waiting, unfortunately only one person (very friendly & helpful) out front and one in the back. Sad that they probably are understaffed to save money
The oil they are using is forming acrylamide, often described as “motor‑oil.” like taste and texture. Their chicken and fried products are not safe for human consumption.

This place never has white meat like ever .. every time I come in its always dark meat and a 40 min wait for whitemeat.. plus it stinks always dirty.. :( management here needs work @kfc

It makes ZERO sense why you HAVE to order from a kiosk. Everything is behind the counter and you have to ask for a food receipt in order to make sure everything is accurate. Which I recommend since it was just blind operation passing things over the counter and not actually reading what you should have. Just use skip the dishes, much less of a headache and the same amount of time to get your food.
