This location just told me Extra crispy is only dark meat. Two weeks ago they told me I couldn't white meat unless I waited a half hour. Kinda seems like a cheap owner that doesn't want to buy enough white meat.

Weighted 40 minutes for food for it to be wrong then come back and to let them know and they say sorry we can't do anything without a receipt mean while I was literally in their 3 minutes ago then when I asked for corporate number as they say we're not allowed to the place is a dump and I will never be back there

I'm absolutely pissed off!! I ordered $30 worth of food, get Call from the drivers saying they can't find my house. I explained to them where I live and they tell me my address is wrong. I have lived here for 5 years and have ordered from KFC and other places numerous times and have never had an issue. The drivers for 10 minutes repeatedly calling me telling me I was giving him the wrong address. I finally call kfc and all she does is put me on a 3 way with drivers. The drivers then pull up and refused to give me my food while arguing with me telling me my address was wrong. I had to physically take my paid for food out of the bag and walk away. The address provided is the proper address and you need to get drivers that can figure it out. AND MY FOOD IS ALL ICE COLD and soggy! GREAT FOR SANDWICHES. SOOOO disappointed in this situation!!!!!

Honestly the portion that you get for the price with 20 pieces and large gravy and fries is just ridiculously small they give you such small pieces, 7eleven pieces are so much bigger that the honest truth. . I used to love going to kfc when I craved chicken but now it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be. Gotta up the quality on the size of meat you give. I will post pictures maybe a while from now when I’m super craving it lol don’t think I’ll be going back for a while.
