Got a big order my fault for not double checking. missing multiple items and i took a cab from mall so its not cheap to just go back ruined the entire experience called supervisor confirmed that he missed items gave him my name and number and told me manager would be in touch over a week and no callback last time I'll be going to kfc

When I ordered, I was told about 15 to 20 minutes, but it was actually 25 to 30 minutes and people who ordered after me got their food first and that pissed me off. When I finally got my food, it was the greasiest KFC I’ve ever eaten. I asked for a to-go box and the grease straight up melted the box. I hate being a Karen but I’m never eating this crap again

I made an oder today, 2 slider sandwiches. Another 6 people ordered after me. All received their order before mine. When I asked the lady at the counter “ how much longer” her response and tone was rude. When I received my order it wasn’t even hot.
I’m not sure franchise owners are even allowed to do this but the chicken strips are not freshly made, disgusting pre frozen crap. I will never eat at this location ever again!

Ordered the the chicken tenders. This location is not using proper supplied product. They gave me unseasoned frozen tenders. Zero KFC seasoning flavour. They were room temperature. Wouldn't feed it to a dog.

Umm, wow! I haven't had kfc in a couple of years and thought I'd give it a try again. My bad. My VERY bad. Got some cold fries, a small bucket of tenders, and some verry watered down gravy. When I got home, it looked terrible, but we ate it anyway. Again, my bad. At 2 am I threw it all up
