These website of the bow bottom trail kfc should be removed because I have been a victim ordering online that never came and never refunded my money until now and that's the year 2020.

Used to get a good mix of chicken pieces in the bucket, now they hold back breast meat and other better cuts unless you pay more for what used to be standard. Probly going to be the last time I ever order KFC.

I have to say worst delivery experience ever if I could give zero stars I would I live barely 2 blocks from restaurant and it has been an hour and a half waiting for my delivery order, which still hasn’t come as writing this review! I only did delivery cause there was a free delivery coupon, but by the time the food gets here,if it ever does? it will be soggy as can be!!! I called store 40 min ago and it said my food left 5 minutes ago how does it take 40 min to drive what takes less then 5 min to walk I swear I won’t be ordering here again I’m so disappointed it’s unbelievable ☹️

It's ok but they don't have salt and ketchup and vineger a napkins for you to grab on your take out. U have to ask for them.

Nice place,lots of space for dining. Place is classic. Quick to get your orders and lots of parking. They are busy with deliveries and pick ups too.

Calgary's Deer Run location - horrible customer service and absolutely unaccommodating. Older woman Cook in the back was miserable and wanted to make it that way for everyone else in the vicinity. Won't be back!

When took food home. Called regarding my concern I am told by the restaurant that I am lying... this is the first time this has happened to me and I am told that I am lying... completely BS..... need some one to contact me and apologize NOW!!!!!
