Waited 35 minutes for a 6 piece with two sides. Other people order who came in much later than me we're given first, even though it's just chicken. If you have all the time in the world, this is the place for you.

Perhaps the very worst kentucky fried chicken outlet for customer service. If you're craving KFC don't come here. You will be ignored by the staff as they visit with each other in the back. If you actually get to order... it will take another 29 minutes to get your order.... even when they aren't busy.

Horrible staff, always takes at least 20 minutes for “fast food”. They also manage to always screw up one part of your order, whether its missing condiments, or even giving you a completely different order. Horrid service.

We waited 40 minutes for our order, we ordered 5 Big Crunch burger combos and all drinks that came with the burger ended up being water? The burgers were dry and un-tasteful, I called them multiple times to try and speak about the inconvenience regarding the water-drinks but no one answered. My kids ended up drinking the water solution and they had extreme stomachaches and even vomited, if I could give a no star review I would…

Waited 40 minutes for a 4 piece meal. It was white with wings. Granted it was their dark meat Thursday special day however to keep me waiting that long? Everything was hot and fresh, but will I be going back? No. I won’t be going back. There was no apology. Very very disappointed.
Only come here if you’re willing to wait 40 mins for your order. Not fast for fast food at all. Slower than a restaurant.

Food is always seasoned well and tastes good if you eat it while it's still hot. Service can be hit or miss, no greeting when entering and when I last went the open sign was not on in middle of the day. Clean restaurant and service is fast if you don't order anything too custom.

ordered delivery, food never arrived, we trued to conact the store, but always get disconnected. tried to get a refund from the 1 800 number, but only the store can process refunds. so beware you might pay for dinner and never get it and have zero recourse or support, would rate 0 if I could

Thursday special is always 10 piece bucket with a choice of either large fries or large gravy. This location didn’t offer me the option to opt out of the large fries. They just gave it to me and when I asked at the counter if I could exchange it for the large gravy instead. I was told that it isn’t an option. Any other location in Calgary gives you two options not just fries. This is unacceptable customer service and I’m disappointed how they 1 forgot to make my food and 30 minutes has passed and I came back to the store and they rushed my order. This is unacceptable. I would expect kfc to hold themselves with the same consistent customer service at all locations.
