This kfc is so bad. I went to get some chicken and some lady with the red shirt working(maybe the manager) dropped the plate where the chicken stays and I saw her pick it up from the floor and put it back on the tray where it stays to stay hot! This is unacceptable. Who knows who got that chicken but no one should do that. She should have thrown it out but no she put it back on the plate where it stays! Someone needs to question her and check cameras

The food was traditional KFC. The lobby is full of delivery drivers that slowed the service way down. Prices are astronomical and the 10 piece family bundle doesn't come with drinks. They would be better to shut down to the public and just ran it as a delivery only.

Went to dine in, should special discount coupon is not accepted in the store despite coupon says it’s for both in store or online orders Order online standing inside store, was served with cold food. I would not recommend this location
I waited 20 mins just for a zinger wrap , which is insane . The wrap wasn’t even wrapped properly. I also asked for no tomatoes. This is the worst kfc in Calgary .

Not sure how a chicken place runs out of white chicken. They charge extra if you ask for all white chicken but when they only have dark and I get the 14 piece they cannot offer a discount even though I asked. They have to do better.

absolutely disgusting. how can you confirm hours on google as closing midnight when you closed at 9pm? ridiculous service and behaviour on behalf of the restaurant.
