I am from out of town, ordered some Delicious KFC for my moms 80th bday. Her favorite! Had a problem with the delivery. Michelle the manager was outstanding!!! She asked my moms name and we all call her granny! This was written on the outside! How cool is that! Nice touch, granny was happy! Thank you so much. Some things mean so much!

Worst kfc I’ve ever been to and it is not even close. When it first opened it was bad but gave it the benefit of the doubt. I think it has gotten worse. Live 2 blocks away and drive all the way to Legacy just to avoid it.

I absolutely love visiting this KFC branch! The Filipina ladies working here are always incredibly nice and gracious, making every visit a pleasant experience. Not only that, but the chicken they cook here is just right – perfectly seasoned and always delicious. Whether it's a quick bite or a family meal, this KFC never disappoints. Highly recommended for both the warm hospitality and tasty food!

March 19 evening we got got food from this location and never will do again!!!Food was horrible, fries is not fresh cooked, not crispy.Famous chicken sandwich is disgusting, overcooked, prepared not right!This location should be closedown, this management ruined whole franchise.
I have ordered here numerous times and there’s no wrong in my order. I don’t really know why these reviewers are so “mad” about the delivery or such. As far as I can see they don’t even have delivery courier to PERSONALLY order our foods. So they use Skip, Uber, and Doordash. Why do we blame KFC if they got nothing to do with it? If they are the one who gave the order to the Third Party Couriers (as mentioned above) — they have nothing to do if the order was delivered cold. Try to order PHYSICALLY so you don’t need to say something else. If you told them they forgot to put one of your order, they’ll even do it right away. Just ask nicely, no one gets harmed asking nicely. All in all, this place is good, the staffs are friendly and always smiling, the atmosphere is so peaceful. I love it when I hear the staffs laughing about something because I know that being in a Fast Food is hard and I know they’re having a good time even when it is hard. Good job guys! ??
