I order an 18 piece bucket and it was missing 4 pieces and most of the pieces were tiny chicken legs even my 5 year old can eat 4 of this no problem. Also, I think is overprice for what you are getting maybe if you were to feed smurffs with it. The white meat chicken breast is divided into 6 pieces so it is a rip off….

Do not order from this location. Have ordered there twice and each time has been a nightmare taking hours to get our food. Tried calling the store to locate order and after it rang 5 or 6 tunes someone would pick up and hang up. The head office was supposed to reimburse me but I've never heard back. What a joke!

Ordered for Super Bowl Sunday. Everyone got food poisoning and were unable to leave the house for 4 days. Great job! Never going here again and you shouldn’t either. Shut this hole down.

Ordered a bucket of 20 tenders. Buy 10 get 10. There was zero coating at all on them. Just plain chicken strips! $32 is what it cost from uber as they jack the price. That much cash for tenders with zero coating! The gravy had only the flavour of the thickening agent so not tasty at al!! I know I’m going to spend a premium from kfc so bloody hell make it worth what I am treating myself with. This was supposed to be a special flavor event for me and I am just pissed with what I received.

The order was so mixed up we assume it was someone else’s or rushed last minute. Wrong side dish, 7/10 of the wings that we ordered, and 1/3 sauces correct. Also it was ready 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be picked up.
To make everything worse, we tried to contact the 1-800 number at the bottom the RECEIPT where we were told they DON’T take complaints only more orders LOLLL. All they ‘can’ do is transfer us to this store. Both times we were put through it rung a few times and then hung up. Where is the accountability?
