Grossest KFC I've ever had. Its like they double dipped the chicken the batter was so thick and raw is some parts. It was thr driest KFC Ive ever had. I took pictures but of the chicken but for whatever reason I can't post them. I don't know what happened to KFC but it was disgusting.

Asked for food to please be made fresh and for a large gravy. Gravy is half full food is like warm and fries are stale and has probably been sitting under a heating lamp for 30 minutes I asked again when my food was handed to me if it was made fresh as it took maybe 5 minutes at most to give me my food and he ensured it was made fresh. Food and service are disappointing at best.

I was really let down by my visit to this KFC location. First off, the service was painfully slow even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. I waited over 20 minutes just to get my order, and when it finally arrived, the food was barely warm. The chicken was greasy and lacked the bold seasoning that KFC is known for, which made it really bland and unappetizing. The fries were soggy and tasted stale, and the biscuit was dry and crumbly, like it had been sitting out for hours.
To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was not well maintained. The floors were dirty, and there was trash overflowing in the bins. I even noticed a few sticky spots on the tables, which were clearly not cleaned between customers. When I mentioned the slow service and cold food to the staff, they just shrugged it off and didn’t offer any apology or solution. It felt like they simply didn’t care about customer satisfaction.
Considering the prices and the brand’s reputation, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, this visit was a total disappointment from start to finish. I doubt I’ll be coming back anytime soon or recommending this place to anyone.

Food Poisoning at KFC Legacy, I am extremely disappointed
On July 14, I ordered dinner from KFC Legacy through Uber Eats at 9 PM a 4-piece Original Chicken Combo with gravy. The next morning (July 15), I woke up feeling extremely sick. I experienced vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps, headache, dehydration and shortness of breath. At first, I thought it might just pass, but after eating the leftovers the next morning, my symptoms got significantly worse.
I ended up going to the doctor and was diagnosed with gastroenteritis. This was the only meal I had during that time, and I strongly believe it caused my illness. I had to take two days off work due to how unwell I was.
I reported the incident to both Uber and KFC. The Legacy location called me and mentioned they would follow up, possibly with their food safety team, by Monday, July 21. I gave them a week to take it seriously but it’s now been two weeks and I haven’t heard anything back.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up and accountability. This is not how you handle a food safety issue.
Be careful when ordering from this location! Poor customer service and a complete lack of responsibility. I do NOT recommend ordering from KFC Legacy.
