We purchased food there on March 23rd. The chicken drums were so thin, they charge a lot of money for a box with mostly bones and wings. Gravy was so watery, salad was sour. Fries were not crispy, they tasted bad. Would not recommend this place. Very expensive and bad quality food.

The Tuesday special is $5.99, which is ridiculous since I have a coupon that offers a better price. Also they gave the tiniest drumstick. The poutine cheese curds taste like mozzarella and the gravy had no flavor. This is such a far cry from what KFC used to be, which was a guilty pleasure but at least tasted good.The staff were very friendly and service was fast though

Five stars for this place! Always have white meat. Good service. Tonight (New Years Eve) I got the 10 piece bucket and 3 sides. Got home - and could not find my cole slaw. Thought they forget. Called them up and had my wife pick up the coleslaw which they gladly replaced. They threw in a complimentary mac salad.Two hours later - was in my garage. Found the cole slae container upside down on the garage floor. It was MY fault.They will get my business again. Mich appreciated the good service KFC!

We picked up a $70 order on the 22nd. This is the worst experience ever with KFC in Legacy. The chicken was way overcooked. It was so dry almost choke on it. There are many new chicken places in the area to try won’t go back.

I bought last night the Thursday's chicken special with fries. Unfortunately the chicken was too salty . I would say that service was okay , she was helpful but not happy when I ask the question what the difference between crispy and dark chicken. Overall not happy for the chicken i bought and I’m not coming back to this location.
