Went for lunch today; ordered a basic sandwich combo, fries, onion rings & a drink.
Gave them my name.
10+ minutes go by & i check on my food, theyd been calling the wrong name, made the wrong food & wasted another 20 minutes of my break fumbling around and ignoring me before i finally got my money back.
Will never be back, avoid like the plague.

We attended tonight, the gravy was so thick with no flavor, chicken in a bucket they gave 9 legs. We ordered a bucket which we called ahead to get extra crispy, when we attended they would not even give half as we used a coupon ? We really enjoyed this location and come quite regularly. It's sad with a manager on shift they still have such awful quality and service, we will not be coming back.

They are salesman and they will rip you off with anonymous ad on specially when u r juggling with kids and don't have time to see your bill. I paid last night $17 for chicken popcorn, which i just saw is actually $13.

First time ordering from you and probably the last. I ordered the 16 piece family pack which included fries and a large side (chose cole slaw) from this location. After a long wait even though I’d scheduled my pickup time in advance, I got home to find the cole slaw missing. Multiple calls to the listed number went unanswered of course. Another drive ensued to get the side dish which resulted in the chicken getting cold. To top it off they argued and said they’re sure they put it in the bag. Ok so we’re trying to get a $3 side for free after ordering almost $50 of food?!? I know it’s just fast food, but you are a franchisee of an internationally recognized chain. Be careful when filling orders. If you can’t read online orders, get some help. And answer your phone!

This place always declines coupons says we cant take them i dono why everyone else does it only this place does not, its sent by kfc called at 1800 number today and they said they should not decline them 2/3rd time Now . Even on app coupons they will not accept never going back to this place again or they need to put sing on the door we do not accept kfc coupons lol seriously
The staff were laughing to each other and gave horrible customer service. They gave me unseasoned fries and corn. What a disappointment. This place needs better staff. I recommend going to a different place

Don’t get me wrong with this review— staffs were amazing and friendly, the place is superb clean and neat. But I have to remind myself to stay away from this location or KFC in general. Their chicken is as small as a toddler’s arm. I wish they could’ve given customers the right size of chicken and fresh sides even ordering at night. We once ordered chicken with sides. They gave us tiny tiny size chicken leg which could be eaten in what, 1 bite? The side—buttered corn was a mix of old and new corn kernels. We could say it was old because of the colour— white corn kernels instead of bright yellow ones. We ended throwing the corn as we don’t want to eat old stale corn. **photos of the kernel doens’r do justice but I asure you it was a mix of white and yellow corn kernels!**

Ordered online. When we got home and opened our variety bucket to find we only received 5 pieces of chicken which were only legs and wings. The French fries container was half full. Kentucky fried chicken used to be great place to get chicken we will not be going to Kentucky fried chicken any time soon.

The food quality at this location is terrible!, the chicken is not good as it used to be the chicken strips are always hard and dry and the sandwich that I had was very dry, so making fresh food seems difficult for these individuals working at this location or maybe the franchise owner of this location is cutting major corners. Anyways i highly recommend not ordering from this KFC.
