I wanted the meal from the app i was having some issue with card so wanted to pay cash so first that Philippine lady totally denied from taking taking order and said if u want from the app u have to pay by card and left to help other customers while i was still stading here. Is this how u resolve the issue kfc. If my card is not working u will not serve me??

Bad service the employee talk about the customer after they leave the store,if you call the person on front she will ignore you, the store is dirty the ice machine and soda machine is disgusting

Very bad customer service won't let me use washroom 5 minutes after buying food,I wonder why KFC has such policies of keeping the washroom (kfc secret treasure)locked only in brown peoples community,why it doesn't happens in NW Calgary as i don't see it there.
