I ordered 10 pieces of chicken with 3 sides $41. As I left I saw on Thursday special is 10 pieces for $20. No one told me that. I won’t be back.

My first time ordering delivery I book it for 515 that evening . At 545 I called the store and was told they didn't have a driver available for the 515 schedule but they had found one he would be there shortly . I asked why they couldn't call me to let me know this I was told I guess I should of . At 615 I call again , again I was told the driver would be on his way. At 630 I called still no driver I canceled my order .

Absolute terrible gust service. I was told 15 minutes and waited more than 30. I went back into the drive thru after watching 3 cars get served in hopes of receiving an update and got completely ignored. I watched 2 different ladies look and just turn back around. I even honked and still no response. I’ve never felt so disrespected. WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!

The only reason I’m giving this KFC 3 stars is because of one amazing staff member—a girl with a Russian or Ukrainian accent who works the night shifts sometimes. 🌟 Her customer service is absolutely top-notch! She’s polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything is right. 💯 Honestly, she’s the only reason I keep coming back.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff don’t seem to share the same attitude. Many are a bit rude, and there have been multiple times when items were missing from my order, forcing me to return to the restaurant to fix it. 😕 The food is decent, but the inconsistency in service makes it hard to enjoy.
That one staff member, though, deserves all the praise. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stand out and make a huge difference. KFC should hire more people like her! 👏

I went for take out and an Indian lady took my order. I think she was from Punjab( her last name was KAUR). She was in her phone while taking order and it was very disturbing. I was clearly listening group call voices. In addition to that, she doesn't know how to talk with customer politely. This was my 1st and last time to this store...

Ordered pick up online which is advertised as spend over 15$ and get a 6peice bucket for free. I did not receive the bucket and when I asked it was a re occurring “problem” with the app and would not be able to give me them.

Have been to this particular kfc quite a few times for takeaway , had no problem with there food or service before, the reason why I am writing this review because of the women who is taking orders late night on weekends. I visited this store on 22nd September around 3.15 to 3.30 am , told the employee that I placed a mobile order , the first thing that the person on mic did was shout at me that I have to wait 10 to 15 min, which I said okay and then I was at the windows for 3-4 min , and another car came , so this employee came I gave me my cold meal ( she didn't even bother to microwave it ) and then I asked for some hot sauce, to which she said we don't carry that over here and shut the window in anger. Look I understand ur working late , so am I, but why such attitude , will never visit this location again .
