Also, the place didn't smell pleasant, the place was empty with all the tables being dirty.

I ordered dinner for my family. It took about 1.5 hours to get to my house. I did call once to see where it was. I had asked the order to be put in my hand not on the porch. The delivery driver put it on the porch and didn't ring the door bell. My niece happened to notice a car driving away. Due to the condinsation in bag containing the bucket of chicken the bag ripped open and the chicken fell on the door mat and was inedible. I called and spoke to the manager. The manager agreed to send me a new bucket free of charge and within 20 minutes.

Frustrating. Went in hoping to get a 4 piece meal. No counter service, kiosk only. The application is poorly designed. I choose a 4 piece meal and thought I had edited it to the items I wanted along with it. Added to my order and the application came back a recommended a drink and gravy which I thought I had already added as options in my order! Since there was no one to talk to about it I gave up and won't be back.

It took 20 minutes for me to receive my 2 snack wraps and there were only 2 people in front of me. the other 5 after me got theirs before I did! This is ridiculous.

Great chicken ... Why force customers to use the stupid machines that aren't even consistent, then when I can't find what I want on the menu, the staff still won't manually take my order... They bring me back to the stupid machine to show me how they have changed it. It now takes twice as long and I have zero connection to the staff. I used to be able to have a small chat with them now, they just don't give a crap about the people they serve badly.
Just fire everyone and make it a vending machine. The staffs only purpose is to help press a stupid button. Pointless...

I feel bad for the guy that is working in the front tonight. We went there to order a 4 peice chicken combo waited for 40 mins because the people working at the back is so not organized, people at the back looks like they don’t give a shi about their costumers while the guy in the front is trying his hardest to calm their costumers down because everyone is getting mad due to their waiting time…. Highly recommend changing the kitchen staff.
