I placed an order online for delivery. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called the store to check on it and was told the driver had already picked it up.
When my food still hadn’t arrived 30 minutes later, I called again. This time I was told they would “go ahead and make my order again.” So now I was looking at close to 2 hours for a bucket of chicken.
I asked for a refund instead, and was told it would take 5–10 business days to process.
Between the delay, the confusion about where my order actually was, and then having to wait over a week for my money back, I’m done. I won’t be pre-paying for an online order here again. I should have just gone for pizza or Chinese food.
This place is the crappiest kfc loction. I walked in and went straight to the counter to order. The filipina server then asked me to use the self service machine to put in my order. I told her no and to do what she suppose to do. Her job and also I'm paying cash. If you also use the drive thru it takes them more than 30 mins for you to get your order. They also make you wait 15+ mins while they cook your chicken. Horrible place to go too.

Phenomenal atmosphere–the designs were very subtle but beautiful.
Customer service was good, despite almost little to no interaction–the employees were great and professional.
The food was comforting, came out freshly prepared and hot. Never dissapoints.

Since they renovated you walk in to find yourself facing a wall of self ordering kiosks with a menu that changes do quickly it is hard to read and find what you're looking for. If you go through to the cashier to order there is no menu to refer to. My chicken sandwich bun was so dry it was like cardboard, I will give them credit for making me a new one immediately when I showed them this. We ordered the same thing and got two different sized fountain cups - not sure why, not really an issue with free drink refills. They've changed their gravy - it is now runny and tasteless. They gave me some coupons as an apology for the bun so I gave them to another customer as I won't pay those prices when I am literally forced to place my own order on a kiosk machine and the food is mediocre or worse. I won't be back. For $40 for two it's very poor value.

This place is for sure go too the food is always good and fresh the costumer service is great all the love goes to them for sure the atmosphere is great I would recommend this kfc 1000 times out of 10 I loved it here

Why is the chicken getting so greasy at all KFC? Used to be the bomb and now 7/11 has better chicken. Very sad.
