The food here is pretty good, but I don’t think I’ve ever been to this location where they’ve gotten our order right. We have repeated it multiple times, both drive thru and in person, and they still give us the wrong food. Only go there if you’re OK with getting a different order than what you want

What a crazy stuff they have advertisement outside saying two piece of fries for 589 I came inside. They don’t wanna even honour the prize and it started arguing with me. It’s the stupidest place I’ve ever seen.

If the staff can’t be bothered to clean a disgustingly filthy debit machine that customers handle dozens of times a day, it makes you wonder what else they’re neglecting. Being handed something caked in grease, dirt, and who knows what else is unacceptable. This isn’t a minor oversight — it’s a clear lack of care and basic hygiene. Just imagine the amount of bacteria thriving on that machine. It honestly makes you question the cleanliness of the entire restaurant.

They advertise $6 sandwich, and when you get there they charge double that. Advertisement says nothing about being online only. Ordered onion rings and got a mini chicken tender. They have blocked off the counter tills and are trying to force people to use the self serve kiosk.
Just came through to grab some greasy hangover food and the young kid (maybe high school??) working the drive thru has ZERO customer service skills or basic communication. We read our order at the speaker and got to the window and he didn’t have anything right so I had to repeat the entire order - twice. Almost 3 times. He then told us “just park it and I’ll bring your stuff”. He brought our food and shoved it in our window and I said thanks loudly twice to him where he just ignored me and walked away.
I don’t often come to KFC because it’s expensive but I for sure won’t be coming here when we do treat ourselves.
If you don’t want to work fast food - don’t. But learn human decency at best dude. Not hard to say you’re welcome lol.

Absolutely amazing service. The chicken is always fresh when I come and eat. There are many kfcs in Calgary none of them can live up to the standard this kfc sets.
