Absolutely amazing service. The chicken is always fresh when I come and eat. There are many kfcs in Calgary none of them can live up to the standard this kfc sets.

I’m disgusted. I went to have a normal dinner and got a drink. 2 sips into the drink I look at it and there is 2 ANTS in it. Yes, ANTS. All they did was give me a new drink and cup. Absolutely terrible. I’m very disappointed.

Delivery drivers do not follow instructions. You need to pay for the food with a credit card before delivery. Food was left on a table, where there was nobody present. It sat, without notification until it got cold, where it was requested to hand to me at a different area. Called the location and they asked that I go to their location to clear things up. Poor everything. You suck! I'll order from the 16th Ave location since it is always fresh and service is #1.

Got my food for take out.. my chicken was mushy. Had popcorn chicken only a few pieces thrown in my box.. fries were not in a little bag just thrown in the box.. not happy with the service at all

Do not give this KFC location any business. I did a skip the dish order on May 30 for $90. When I received my order the food was disgusting. It was like they fried the chicken Let it get cold and refried it. I ordered a 10 piece and only received eight. I called the store right away and Lily, who was supposed to be the supervisor said that she wrote my name down in the book for a credit in which I would receive two piece pieces of chicken fries and a drink. I went there today and of course Lily was not working. She was on vacation And did not write down the credit that was supposed to be given to me after I asked her Multiple times if she had my information written down. The new staff or new manager, whoever the hell this woman was that I dealt with was extremely rude, and was disrespectful towards me. I had the person’s name and she said there was no credit proceeded to speak another language to her employers, and then gave me two pieces of chicken no fries no drink. when I asked for specific pieces of chicken. She said she couldn’t do it , but I can almost guarantee if one of her family members came in or somebody who spoke the same language as her came in she would’ve done it . This location used to be the best in Calgary and ever since they’ve hired new people it Has gone down the drain. Do not go to this location you don’t know what they’re telling staff to do to your food and they don’t keep record of any credit. How would I have known the manager‘s name if I didn’t speak to her? Make it make sense
Customer Service was GREAT! if I could give no star I would. Went through drive thru and was given dark chickens and stale fries, oil is old and not been changed. Nasty. Ill let this one slide since fast food can be hectic and workers are prob tired but NO. Went back for an exchange with a positive attitude and told us it’ll be a 15 minute wait and to just park. Almost 30 minutes in and food has not been given, went in to ask how much more longer, once they answered my question I overheard them talking bad about me in their mother language probably thinking I couldn’t understand. Like hello? Just give me my food. Know your staff this was on 5/30/25 around 6:30 to 8:00. I guess ill give the one star to the cleanliness 🤷🏻♀️

I stopped by this place today and found it quite bustling. I was truly impressed by the quick service; my meal was prepared in no time. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this location.
