What a joke. Spent good money and called to complain late delivery. Frozen food and they had the nerve to blame the driver and stated there was nothing they would do. Online help centre was no use what so ever. Complete lack of service!!!!!@@@!!!!!!!!!

I go to this location all the time and screw up my order everytime. I ordered a three piece chicken tender meal and received chicken pieces instead and paid for my dip that was to come with the meal. I just order a 6peice tender meal with two large sides and got home and now I have no dip for chicken and my fires are cold this is ridiculous

Back in the day KFC was a real treat, I have experienced good chicken from the restaurant but the one on riverbend is absolutely terrible, EVERY TIME, soggy frys cold chicken… I’m for sure done with the chain but any managers of the kfc league please look into why your riverbend branch is TERRIBEL.

Two people waiting ahead of me when I showed up at noon. My chicken sandwich took over 20 minutes to make while other people were getting served ahead of me. Another person was waiting before me for over 30 minutes. Tables were greasy and dirty. Skip this

Tried to order with a coupon and they said they don’t accept it. I said why not? These are listed for calgary locations. “We have the right to choose which coupons we honor and which ones we don’t”.
Gone a couple times previously and not ONCE have they ever packed the order right and I always end up going back because of a mistake.
It’s a fast food place, what am I expecting?? Gave them numerous chances but they have horrible reviews for a reason.
Thanks kfc for having me have two screaming kids in my car since you wouldn’t honor a coupon!
Bad customer service. I purchased a large macaroni salad for 9.00 along with my 30.00 order of chicken. The container was half empty! Fed only 2 people very small portion this large use to feed 4 people. It also was frozen. When I phoned in my complaint. I was basically made to feel I was lying and she said that they portion their salad. I measured it out to have only just over a cup in a two cup container.Well someone in their staff wasn't doing a proper job. The staff member said all their salads are together and they aren't frozen. I was asked to bring it back to prove it to them. I lived to far away to bring it back. Not a solution since I live a distance away. No attempt was made to make up to me their paying customer for this. They are ripping people off together with the expensive prices. Greedy and bad management.

I ordered original recipe chicken and chicken wings. I was shocked to find that 20 wings are $40 plus tax. The original recipe chicken dinner was so fatty that I ended up throwing out a lot. It was also undercooked so that the meat was not hot and the texture was slimy. The taste of the meat was...I can't describe, but not good. I would not recommend and drive out of my way to avoid this location.

Food is good, staff are good, but the hours are incorrect, even if "updated by staff two weeks ago" I went there and the sign on the door said closed at 10. Only door dash etc was available till midnight. This should be reflected accurately on google.
