There’s a reason you see less and less kfcs every year and this location sums it up. Long wait times no matter what time no matter how busy. And when your food comes the fries are stale despite the long wait. The amount of mayonnaise they put on my sandwich was ridiculous and they put it on both sides of the bun. Is there anyone out there that actually likes mayonnaise that much?

Management at this location is atrocious. Doesn’t know how to treat staff like human beings. Almost an abusive environment with physical lash outs from the main Manager. Her name starts with an A. To anybody working here, get out. It’s not normal to be abused in your work place. Looking at the other reviews, they clearly don’t know how to serve decent food either. Do better.

Such a great place to dine in, very warm inside while outside is freezing! Staff was very happy while serving. Don’t know other KFC but this is a restaurant for.Kid-friendliness: Go bucket are good for kids

Saturday evening our family decided to have KFC for dinner, and we normally have decent experiences with this location.I went to pickup a 20 pc chicken meal that evening and the young man at the counter was told by the cook it would be 5 mins, I ended up waiting nearly 30 mins. When home we unpacked the greasiest, soggy chicken we ever had from KFC. The skin hardly stayed on, as if it hadn’t rested or dried at all before placed in the bucket. It was disgusting. I called the store and told them, the lady asked me to text her the receipt and pictures. She asked me to come back, I couldn’t because I had to put my kids to bed, and it was -35C that evening. She asked me to put the chicken aside and bring it by when I could do they could “investigate”. I brought it in the next day. They told me they couldn’t issue a refund because they had to get a hold of their manager. I went back again today and the acting manager got a hold of the owner I presume and told me I would be getting 9 pieces because that’s all I brought back. I asked her by the pictures provided if she agreed it was greasy and inedible, she agreed and said yes, I told her, you sold me 20 pieces of bad food and I’ll be compensated for 9??I assume the person making this judgment call is very greedy, and doesn’t care if we ever come back. To me a refund is a matter of principle. I have ordered food from this location many times and I will not spend another dollar after being sold soggy, oily chicken and had our time wasted so much. Very disappointing.
The fries at this location are perfectly spiced. Please enforce the use of hair nets though, I found a wavy silver hair in my food and I would love to return without fear of it happening
