Bad food with oily food, no taste like before, bad experience

I placed an order of about $50 today around 5:45pm and asked for just 2 packets of hot sauce. The girl cashier first gave me only 1 packet, she was busy using her phone then told me they didn’t have any more. When I asked again for another one, she said hot sauce is “limited.” I find that hard to believe, especially during the busiest time when stock should be ready. I felt misled and disappointed since I only asked for 2 packets with a large order.

My friend ordered food from this KFC and the experience was absolutely terrible. He paid for his order, waited patiently, and then was told some nonsense about it “not being in the system.” How does that even happen? Instead of trying to fix the situation or at least apologizing, the staff were straight-up disrespectful and treated him like it was his fault. He didn’t even get his food on time, and the attitude he got from the employees was unbelievable. It honestly felt like they couldn’t care less about customer service. Watching my friend go through that was frustrating because no paying customer should ever be disrespected like that. If this is how KFC is running things, then it’s pathetic.

Horrible custumer service never going to again. I asked for a simple order of 2 piece with 2 chicken legs instead of assorted and i was met with disgusting looks and was told i couldnt. i would give this place a zero if i could.

The customer service at this KFC was straight-up disgusting. I placed an order, paid for it, and waited, only for them to tell me some nonsense about “it not being in the system.” How is that my problem? I’m the customer—I did my part, I paid, I waited—yet I didn’t even get my food on time. On top of that, the staff had the nerve to act disrespectful instead of owning up to their mistake. No apology, no effort to fix the issue, just pure attitude like they couldn’t care less. I left pissed off, hungry, and feeling completely disrespected. This is beyond bad service—it’s pure negligence and a lack of basic respect for customers. If this is how KFC operates, then it’s a joke. People shouldn’t have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism when all they’re trying to do is grab a meal.i would Honestly, give this place zero But the system won’t let me.

Very rude. I ordered 2 burgers one was good while other one was cold when i asked them. Then there was a girl ANNA. She was so rude she said she can’t do anything. She has no manners how to talk with customers. Worst service.
They said they open before 9, but they actually open at 10 AM.

The manager of this location named JHO is very rude person. He need to have lessons how to communicate with customers, he got offensive while talking. We asked to make plant based Pattie extra crispy which we always ask every location and they do it for us because that’s our taste that how much crispy Pattie we like. We come to eat outside to get our desired taste and I believe every restaurant try to fullfill customers choice of taste. Unfortunately, that manger replied very rudely and refused to do it just for two extra minutes. After trying to convince him for while we had to get it the way they make it. Very disappointed with the service. He totally showed us discrimination behaviour. He should be fired.
