The food meal costed 19$. 4 pieces, “mega” fries, and a drink. Kiosk wasn’t working so I had to wait in line to order. And that took a while to even get the cashier to take it. The fries do not look mega at all. And these chicken are so small. Would never go back.

Horrible service came on July 6 2024 at 11:30 got a a box with two chicken and some french fries and a drink. I asked if I could get two drums instead of one drum one thigh. They said no. I’ve been to many KFC‘s. They’ve never refused anything like that like, do you know there’s more meat on the thigh than a drum what’s the big deal? The lady in the kitchen was just so rude. Then said they would charge me four dollars if I wanted to switch it out for a drum it makes no sense. It really wasn’t that big of a deal, but they obviously don’t know service at all or how to deal with customers. This is the only KFC that I’ve had a problem with will not be returning wish I could give zero stars

Stood there waiting for service while workers are there all around moving pops ect. I'm wondering why they won't even look at me... then I notice they want you to touch a screen and order on that. No thanks I'll take my business to the neighbor food spot as they have customer service. Good job kfc
