Kinda hard to place a MANDATORY order on the self serve kiosk machine when the items are not listed (reet beer and popcorn chi ken were missing), only to find out when ordering the more reliable way (through a staff member), that the didn't have Pepsi, nor Honey Mustard dipping sauce... the staff seemed bothered to have to take an order even when told kiosk wasn't listing items, and need a customer service lesson or 10. I just walked away... 10 minutes of my life I won't get back.

The Pros= Oh wow I just don’t know what Magic Ingredients that they used to Enhance their Secret Recipe. But for today at least the Taste was Incredible, we’d say it could give Jollibee for its Money. And as for that Meat the Fried Chicken itself it was so Tender and Juicy. And as for the Outer Crispy Skin itself it was so Top Notch. And when we picked it up it was so hot that I had to drop it back down. But then again we went there pretty early in the day.
And the Employee that Helped us was excellent and professional. The Macaroni Salad was good as usual along with the French Fries. And Considering that this was Black Friday, just makes it that much more impressive. Especially by the time that we got there, there was already a line up. Oh and about the Sizes of the Fried Chicken themselves they were bigger than usual. Again for today at least, the experience was good that my mom just couldn’t stop Complimenting on them and the food itself. And That Should Do It For The Pros.
The Cons= Unfortunately The Macaroni Salad although good, I just Personally Feel it could Be Colder, especially for the time that we went there. Granted it could be just me saving it for the end instead of the beginning of our meal. And as for the French Fries themselves I kind of wished they were a little more meatier. But still enjoyed the flavour. And it just sucks that their Soda Machine is in the inside instead of the outside. But I understand why that is.
And don’t get me wrong we’re still happy with the service that we got, but it still would have been nice if I wanted Ice with my Soda. And it also kind of sucks that their Kiosk Machines Don’t Take Coupons which was what we were using. And That Should Do It For The Cons.
Final Thoughts= And Remember These Are Just My Own Personal Views And Thoughts. Yours Could Be Deferent And I’m Okay With That. And that should do it for now.
Twice I have had to get a refund from here because their wait time was 25+ minutes. Getting a refund took another 5-7 minutes because both times their system had “just updated”. Not going back here again; they wasted my entire lunch break by making me wait.
