Today I ordered from the drive-thru. They asked me to wait for 7 minutes, but I ended up waiting for more than 20–25 minutes. When I went inside to ask about my order, no one responded. After waiting again, they gave me the wrong order. This is too much.After everything that happened, I will never go back to that location.

The individual who works during the night shift named “Ross” is very unprofessional, and disrespectful. He wasn’t patient while I was placing my order, and his whole attitude was negative .

KFC has always been one of my preferred outlets, which makes it all the more disappointing that my recent experience at the Falsbridge branch was unsatisfactory. I visited on August 27, 2025, at approximately 10:10 p.m., and unfortunately, the service fell well below the standards I have come to expect from KFC.
At the ordering stage, the behaviour of the staff member taking my order was impolite and unprofessional. I raised this concern at the collection window, but the response I received was dismissive, with the cashier offering only the excuse that “the mic may be faulty,” without showing any genuine concern for the complaint. Furthermore, the food provided appeared to be reheated chicken—likely recooked or reused—which severely compromised both quality and taste.
As a loyal customer, I was disappointed by this lapse in service and product standards. I respectfully request that KFC management conduct random quality checks at their outlets to ensure consistency in both customer service and food quality, so that the brand continues to reflect the reputation it has built over the years.

The girl in the front service desk is so arrogant. If a customer comes to pickup order, the girl in the front is so arrogant and indiscipline. Please don't keep her anymore if you want more customer
