I always get KFC, I called to use a coupon code and “Dalle” or “Dolly” store manager on site told me that the coupon code can’t be used even though I’ve done it multiple times and said coupon is only available online even though it clearly says available in store as well. She then ended the call while i was talking. Very rude and unprofessional, she needs re training

When I placed the order it was mistake from my end but manager on service Mukta and Himani are excellent with their service they fixed the issue for us right away and served us with happiness with delicious food

Don’t ever go to this place. The staff don’t know what they are doing. Forgot to give me part of my order and refused to do anything about it. Terrible service, will never go back there
Hands down my favourite KFC in Calgary! Chickens always crispy and fresh, Fries are delicious, and staff were very welcoming. My favourite go to when i’m craving a snack at night. ?

Went there to grab a chicken burger and some fries, once I gave the lady behind the counter my order, she was like iss gonna take 10 mins I'm like okay but the problem is they gave me a burger which was not fresh, I took my food home to eat once I took the wrap off my burger found out it was little uncooked..

My son wanted chicken wings in the morning to take to school, so I visited the KFC at the Falconridge location to ask an employee if they make wings in the morning. The employee confirmed that they do, but advised me to call 10 minutes ahead so they could have the order ready.
The next morning at 6:45 a.m, I called to place an order for 10 wings and fries. I spoke to a lady named Claudia, who told me she couldn't prepare the food unless I came in and paid first. When I asked why, she explained that if I didn’t show up to collect the order, she would be held responsible for the cost. I told her how i will be there to get it and that if i come and sit there for 10 minutes that my son would miss his school bus. After I insisted, she finally agreed to take my order but complaining and unhappy.
KFC, I’m really confused by this experience and would appreciate an explanation.

I don’t usually post reviews but this was some of the best KFC we have ever had. No lie. I ordered off the App for the first time, saved a lot with the online coupons. Our food was hot, so tasty and delicious. Your staff did an amazing job. Thanks!
