Had to wait forever for overpriced food and did not get the full order. They will rip you off. They literally switched my large fries for a pos macaroni salad and said that was how it is. They are rude and terrible people. Will never go back except to egg the place. If I could leave a negative 10 star review I would. They are thieves.

Me and my husband went few minutes ago. We ordered 2 meals which is 2 of the 2 pieces, for the first meal we ordered 2 pieces with onion ring and gravy. The other one is 2 pieces with fries and gravy. We asked for the hot sauce they said no hotsauce, its fine beacause we ordered 2 gravy. I was so hungry that's why we stopped by to order some food, but when we got home we end up both meals without the gravy, i was so dissapointed both meals with fries not onion rings, they didnt even put the receipt in the bag. Both fries looks 2 days old, didnt even touch mine no sauce no anything too dry. Service too slow ?. Waiting is 45 minutes. For the garbage food.

We ordered regular Toonie Tuesday, and they told us to get spicy chicken instead and my family member accepted. The chicken was very old and supposed to be thrown away and was not at the standard it could be.Apparently there is an interval to get this adjusted. We went into store and talked to management today and did receive a credit as compensation but there was miscommunication. Wanted to leave this review so future customers can get their moneys worth and if there is a complaint, please call location right away.

11:44 am, I think a little bite to eat before grocery shopping would be good… not from this location. Half of the bun on my slider was so hard and stale the bag would have had to been left open for at least a day. The chicken was old, cold and dry, the fries were almost as bad. Dolly, had no apologies and instead of taking responsibility says “we don’t hold food”. Doesn’t make sense considering everything was cold and dry. Skip this one if you want something hot or remotely fresh and edible.
