The sushi is good, but my order said it was ready for pick up (an hour after ordering) and when I arrived they hadn’t even started it. It was impossible to speak with anyone as there were some many delivery guys shouting for their orders.

Called prior to placing order to confirm my selections could be modified to accommodate dietary restrictions. Confirmed multiple times with them that this was possible and the items didn't contain any of these ingredients anyways. Placed the order right after and they called to tell me they couldn't make it without including ingredients they had just stated weren't in the items. Proceeded to cancel the uber eats order and say that it was at my request which I informed them would result in me being charged still. They insisted I wasn't even as I looked at the uber eats cancelation stating I was still being charged even though it was cancelled. Poor customer service and no knowledge of their own menu and of ingredients which are also top allergens.Dietary restrictions: Will say they can accommodate to get your money but cancel it on you because they can't and still charge you

Best sushi I've eaten in Canada. Prices are reasonable. The portions are really generous and for once we don't just eat rice. The taste of makis is delicious. We see that the ingredients are of quality.The service is very good. We arrived at closing time and were still offered to serve us quickly.

Only togo.But best sushi.All ingredients are fresh. You can get fresh food no matter what time you order. I can't find good sushi at a better price than this. There may be better and more expensive sushi, but this is the best place to eat such delicious sushi at a reasonable price. This is the best sushi restaurant for me. I recommend having sake with sushi, raw fish, or roll platters.

I love kibo in general but thank you especially to the kitchen at this location. Thank you for taking gluten allergies seriously.I recently got diagnosed celiac so it’s been difficult navigating what foods I can have on Uber eats. Thank you to the kitchen staff that took care of my order and wrote me a note saying they removed wasabi and added gluten free soya sauce. Your attention to detail is so appreciated. Thank you thank you
