Our children loved the sushi boats! You can see the chef's cooking the food. The waitresses and waiters were kind and pleasant, and met every need. Everything was timely and tasted so so good. We plan to come back! The portion of food you receive is reflective of the price. It is a great value in my opinion. A kids meal is 2.50!!!!. There is also a parking lot and you don't have to bother with finding a spot or having to pay!

I just picked up the Summer Platter today, and it was an absolute disaster.
The sashimi was disgusting—mushy and clearly not fresh.
The rice was rock hard and completely dried out.
But the worst part? The rolls. They reeked, were mushy, and tasted rotten. I couldn’t even finish a bite before tossing the entire tray in the trash.
Now I’m bloated, have diarrhea, and feel completely sick. This was not just bad food—it was unsafe. I’m furious and will never come back. Total waste of money and a serious health risk.
Food always hits the same. But the real star of the show was LILLY G WHAT AN ABSOLUTE BALLER, she made our staff meeting out incredible and a memory we will all hold close to our hearts forever.

We went on a Sunday morning for breakfast and had a great experience. The food was tasty, the portions were generous, and the prices were way better than we expected. We got the breakfast platter with hash browns, a BT bagel sandwich, and two coffees—all for $16, including tax.
The staff were so friendly, and the place was packed, which is always a good sign. We’d definitely go back and would totally recommend it if you're looking for a breakfast spot that won’t break the bank.

They were out of a couple things. Substituting lettuce for the seaweed salad also eliminated the avocado and strawberries. Pretty sure the seaweed salad is from costco...still delicious...just sayin....really like the kinjo in mahogany better cause its huge.

I have eaten at Kinjo dozens of times. Recently I was given a gift certificate. Unfortunately, the gift certificate was misplaced. When I presented the receipt to the location where it was purchased (Macleod Trail) the staff there said they could not replace it. This feels dishonourable and my disappointment is real. I won’t be returning to this or any other location. Shame on you.

Kinjo is hands-down one of my go-to spots for sushi. The quality is always fresh, the portions are generous, and the menu has so many fun and creative rolls to choose from. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just getting into it, there’s something for everyone — and they even have great vegetarian options too!
The vibe is always upbeat and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly and fast. It’s a great place for a casual dinner with friends or a sushi date night. Bonus points for the little treats they sometimes hand out at the end — such a cute touch! Love the pocky!
Definitely recommend!!
