We consider ourselves Kinjo lovers. However, after our visit to this location, we changed our minds. This location is by far exceeded our expectations. Fang was amazing and demonstrated excellent customer service. Gladness was very helpful as well.

We were seated very quickly and served just as food. The ramen was a standout favourite in how flavourful and refreshing it was. We also really enjoyed their special kiss roll and the kawari oshizushi. No food pictures this time because we devoured the dishes.The decor was pretty bright and eclectic as well. We had fun. Would love to drop by again the next time we’re in Calgary.

Wish there were negative stars the amount of time it took to make the world smallest rolls which cause just the same price as anywhere but the quality and size of the roll was extremely disappointing and how long it took to prep when there weren’t any order up ahead terrible never coming back save your money and go elsewhere
Food is great but terrible service. Staff pretending that they didn’t see you. Called them for pick up and went there after 30 minutes (even thou they said it will be ready after 10-15mins). I arrived and went to the pick up station. Been standing for 5 minutes. Staff were just passing and pretend they didn’t see you. When I approached a guy he check my order and told me it’s not ready. I explained to him that I ordered 30 minutes ago and ask for his help to check if how many minutes it will be ready and he didn’t even bother or make an effort to check the kitchen. He was just guessing that it will be ready for 5-10 more minutes again. Seriously? It is not even lunch rush.Staff(s) need to be trained for customer service.Went there last week too but the girl who helped me is very accommodating and sweet. Im not sure about her name. I think it was Hannah. I wish all of them were like her.

Called a few times for pickup order. No one answers the phone. Went to the restaurant and called again to see what they do. A few rings and someone comes to the phone and puts me straight to automated message "person is not taking calls....."
