Kinjo Sushi & Grill Westhills

This is hands down the best Kinjo location ever! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel beyond welcomed. Especially Eric and David- they went above and beyond to give us exceptional service. This is the only Kinjo I will be going to from now on- thank you! ☺️

David and Eric were amazing. The service was great they are the best. Eric and David were the best services I have ever had next to Dennis!!!!

Our go to quick Japaneae Restaurant. Wide variety and good rolls

The food was served very piecemeal. I ordered 3 warm dishes which I wanted to eat together. The first one came and then nothing for at least 20 minutes. By that time the first dish was cold and the remaining dishes when they finally arrived were not even hot. The waiters ignored us. The person I was with, received 3 of the 4 dishes at once and shortly after the last one.

Very slow service...and the japanese lady at the counter is quite annoying.

I have been to this restaurant for years and it has never failed me. The food was fantastic and same with the service.

I’ve been a regular customer at Kinjo Westhills for over a year now because of your quality foods. But today, I had an unsual encounter with one of your hosts at the takeout area. Not even a welcome/kind greeting I got from him, was rushing me with my 8 orders, which obviously, needed time to look and decide. When I asked for my receipt, he just left me at the register, not even a thank you, didn’t even tell me the waiting time, and didn’t come back. I was supposed to ask for another order but my mood was ruined already. I had to ask the other lady to follow up my receipt, good thing the lady was a bit more polite than he was. And when he gave me my receipt, he didn’t even bother to apologize. I know you guys are busy during these hours, but isn’t it part of your service to be a bit more professional? I admired how you all handle customers one by one. But today wasn’t a very nice experience. And I truly am disappointed. Great food as always, but customer service, more work.
