The food was good quality but the service was not satisfactory. One waiter was serving the whole salon and it took about 20 minutes after we got the bill for him to come so we can pay and get out of there

Disappointing first visit at this location. We frequent the McLeod location almost weekly as my children love going for sushi. My children order cucumber rolls without nori at every visit with zero issue. We decided to try the Westhills location today as it’s closer to home - the kitchen refuse to make the cucumber rolls without the nori so we left. Server was apologetic, manager didn’t seem to care. We work in the industry, and appreciate the ins and out of running a restaurant but this was a very simple request. (My husband is a chef). needless to say we will not visit this location again. We will still make the drive to McLead location - the staff and food are fantastic.

“I recently had dinner at Kenjo Sushi and I have to say the food was excellent and the waitstaff were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and really made the dining experience special. Unfortunately, I learned something that really bothered me: the management at this restaurant apparently takes the tips that customers leave for the servers. Instead of the hardworking waiters and waitresses receiving the tips, the management pockets them. It’s really disappointing to see a practice like that, especially when the staff does such a great job. I hope the restaurant changes this policy because the people who work there truly deserve to be rewarded for their service.”
