Great food as always, unfortunately service disappointing. Paid for sushi takeout, it was brought to the takeout table in about 5 minutes, 3 workers at takeout station were standing around talking not working, so I pointed to it and said I’m just waiting for my takeout order, I told him my name and he walked to the tray to see nothing on it but my receipt. Kinjo in West Hills is what I’d call basic sushi. It’s not the best you’ll ever eat, but the price and service are excellent. The cost-to-fullness ratio is right on point! We order in or take out quite a bit, and everything from magic steak to sushi and tempura is consistently good.
