The food started out good, but got worse the more we ordered. What impacted our experience though was the service. Our table's orders were mixed up with another table multiple times, resulting in us needing to sort our orders with them ourselves. When we pointed out that some of the items weren't ours, the waitress told us we had misclicked our order, even though everyone on our table had double-checked before submitting. We were able to send the incorrect items back, but the tone and attitute during the intearction didn't feel professional.

This lunch bento is such a steal at $16. Everything was really fresh, I just wished there was an option to switch out the California rolls cuz I don’t care for them. They also have AYCE for lunch and dinner.

My dads a regular here and I often my tag along, the all you can eat is INCREDIBLE. All the fish is fresh and the slices for sashimi are huge!! 10/10 everytime

I called before hand about their all you can eat since they have lunch and dinner menu. Then the employee said we can order lunch anytime. But apparently theres a cut of if you want lunch menu its NOT interchangeable Which it wasnt mentioned! The server was sparky so we left. Not impressed and wont be recommending this place to anyone! I drove from the north to tey this place out and thats what we got! Unimpressed!

I came in and waited for the host to tell me how long it will take to be seated as it is the weekend… she never came and I asked the people ahead of me told me they had been waiting for 10 minutes and the server hasn’t come to see them so I just left… pretty dissapoinying

Food is great, fresh and quality. Service is amazing, staff are fast and polite. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for all of our birthday celebrations for their promo for 2 years now. However, last time we were there (weekend), they were slammed, full tables on top of online orders with ONLY 2 servers; you can only imagine how this impacted our experience, long wait times - although they were working hard and running around. Couldn’t blame the staff and servers but the business should do better on staffing if they want to keep retaining their customers, especially on the weekends.

I have been here twice and the food was good however the service was horrible. Both times I've been here, certain orders were missed and not delivered to the table. The service starts off strong, bringing out whatever I ordered but as I ordered more, they slowed down significantly and missed certain items. The Philadelphia role was amazing however as I ordered more, I noticed that they gave less of the smoked salmon and more of the cream cheese what a shame.
