Wanted to check this place out for awhile now and finally did today. It did not disappoint and I highly recommend checking KIWA out when you can.
Ordered their sweet chicken to go and it was sooo good. It was juicy on the inside yet crispy enough on the outside. It was spiced well too. I ordered the sauce to be on the side and tasted well in tandem. They also included the pickled radish on the side too. My first sample of their food, but I definitely recommend it.
Their staff are friendly and provides excellent customer service. Restaurant atmosphere is great too. Will definitely come back again.

Quality is unfortunately not as good as it used to be. My hot stone bibimbap used to come with an actual assortment of veggies (bean sprouts, carrots, greens). Today it only had onions and green onion. My sister ordered rose tteokbokki with noodles and it’s quite obvious that it’s just Buldak sauce.

My first time trying this place when I was craving tteokboki! I ordered takeout which was the Rose’ tteokboki and it was so good and full of flavors!! It’s the best tteokboki I had in a while and here in Calgary. The sauce coats the rice cakes very well which was I have been looking for! And the sauce is not too thin nor too thick, it was perfect!! I loved it and enjoyed it, my craving was satisfied very well. They also sent me a choco pie and candies which was so sweet!! Amazing will order again soon!!
Edit: Ordered for the 2nd time today because I loved it, I added glass noodles too because I wanted it to soak the goodness of the sauce lol and it’s all i’ve been craving, you guys are the sweetest ❤️ thanks for sending me dumplings and cookies and candy. We’ll definitely dine in soon!

So disappointed the food portion and quality of my takeout order. This Korean restaurant used to be my favourite but will no longer order from them. - Spicy seafood soup filled to half bowl only, not much favour. - BBQ beef ribs come with 6 thin pieces only. This is a $40 dish. Beef was overcooked and dry. - Seafood pancake can rarely find seafood in it - Food was not even warm when I got home that only took 15 mins drive
I called the restaurant and file a complaint but the owner kept explaining this is normal.
