Love this place! My wife and I have become regulars and this is our favourite bakery to go to in Calgary. The owners are so nice and will sometimes give us goodies to take back home, just today they let us try the Tahiti bun and the flavours were perfect!! Our regular choices are the mammoth bread, borek, cream cheese buns, and the Dubai chocolate, but everything is a safe bet, there's so much to choose from! We regularly tell our friends about this place and are always looking forward to going back!

Pastries have gone down in quality since its owners have changed. I don’t know if I’ll be back. The custard bun was double the size of normal, burnt, and wrong ratio of custard to bread. Matcha crème filled was ok but definitely had more sugar/different taste to its cream.
Service was nice but I miss the previous pastry.

Amazing service! Lots of variety! A shop where they have lots of types and styles of pastries! They were able to make a cake last minute in 2 days! Great deal for a cake as well. Not overly sweet, lots of cream like I asked and made with fresh strawberries in the middle! Perfect balance of fruity and creaminess. The Cake itself was a little dense and not as moist but was still tasty and not crazy sweet!! Packed very nicely and super easy to unbox. Very impressed. cutely
I had the ground beef Borek (I believe) and oh my gosh. It had me thinking and smiling at a pastry bun. Yes it was $5 but the flavour and flakiness was amazing. Hits you with amazing seasoning and herbs. Incredibly moist and fresh! There’s a spice that just warms the back of your throat but isn’t hot and painful. The meat itself was not dry at all! The pastry was so flaky and crunchy and so light and airy! Would come again for the bun alone!

I dont know where to start, we have used Moon Bakery for all small & big occasions over the last year and I must say we were never disappointed . From our birthday cakes to valentines day to our baby’s first month to his 6 month birthday.. all were from Moon bakery. All of our guests seem to enjoy it as well. The sweetness and the texture of their cakes is just next to perfection. Shiny from the shop is very helpful and patient with her customers. I have had a chance to deal with her on some of our custom cakes and she helped me from start to finish. They would also load big, multi tier cakes to your car which is so nice especially if you have a new born and you are picking up a cake for your husband’s birthday. Such a nice place and always a pleasure dealing with them. I will definitely buy our cakes from there.
Their breads always make us (especially my kids) happy!! We love the choco melon buns!! Its fresh, delicious and you can tell it’s made with care ☺️ The owners and their family are also kind and wonderful people.

The packaging was clearly not secure enough for delivery, and the cake was in no condition to be served and they ruined the birthday . I reached out to customer support hoping for a resolution, but unfortunately, they were not helpful and didn’t offer any meaningful assistance or compensation. Really disappointed with both the product and the service.
