Went here for my birthday party last night in the private karaoke rooms and I don't think I will be back. I found the place extremely expensive (20$ for 30mins in the karaoke room) my bill was almost $300 (less than $100 spent on drinks) and we got bar food. Literally wings, French fries, and The Korean charcuterie which is not Korean at all or charcuterie. It's more like the snacks that sit on bars while you wait for you drinks. This tray included pistachios, saltine & Ritz crackers, the costco trail mix with nuts and m&ms, beef Jerry, and like 4 pieces of dried fruit. Not to mention we pressed the service button 3 times and waited 45 mins for any type of service and even then we left to room to find someone to service us every time.

More than just a great place with perfect food, this place gives you the best experience
We were essentially ignored and had to wave down servers from the moment we walked in despite our reservation. No one asked if it was our first time or explained anything about the menu. We did our best to cook the food ourselves and when the sauces needed refilling we had to wait and flag down a server. The prawns did not separate from the shell so too hard to eat and overcooked because our grill was stupid hot and never got turned off even when we were obviously finished. Sadly, a whole tray of sauces was dropped and sprayed on my friend's jacket but we were not offered any discount. We struggled to leave such a small gratuity but needed to make a point. We had such high hopes but will not return.

As a celiac I was very surprised that they had a Gluten free menu which was great and so many options still to choose from. I wish they had mentioned that accommodation on their website and I would've come sooner. On the higher end of prices but left feeling super full and satisfied . Will be back soon!

Great first time. It was loud in there so it was hard to hear our server explain some of the items. But we went for it. We had a ton of food and it was a fun experience. Id go back on not a friday or saturday.

Went here for the first time for my boyfriend’s birthday, everything tasted really good and I loved the sauces and side dishes that they had. My favorite was the pork jowl and beef ribs! Server (I think Cheyanne) was great at explaining things and very attentive during our meal.
Went here for dinner and ordered the Canadian Oink Platter for 2 people. It included an egg souffle, a soup of choice (got Budae Jjigae), and an unlimited refill of banchan (side dishes). The food was very good! They also offered complimentary tteokbbokki and vanilla ice cream. Our server, Devin, and the rest of the staff were great and efficient! I highly recommend it!

Devin is the best waiter with a charming smile! Very tasty food, quick service, a huge selection of sauces, and great big plates. A great option to spend a weekend evening)Also, my husband is allergic to milk, and we were fully advised about the dishesAnd the tastiest beer!

Amazing service from Josh! Really helpful with recommendation for food and drinks. Food was amaziiiiiing! Took the plater for three + the side veggie lettuce and it was plenty for 3 adults and a toddler. I tried the cotton candy cocktail which was ok but my husband had the blackberry wine and it was unreal! I highly recommend this place :)

Absolutely amazing experience. We got the Alberta Moo-oo platter for two which included more than we could actually eat. Really good food and service. Server was attentive and explained everything well. We also got a complimentary dish of squid from a server, the gesture of which definitely enhances our experience as customers.It was my friend's birthday and we didn't ask but they gave us complimentary dessert for my friend. The service is definitely top notch. ?
