This may be one of the nicest Kung Fu Teas I've been to. Service was great. Friendly staff. Our drinks were made quickly. The brown sugar pearls were FRESH! So delicious!

My favourite brown sugar milk tea in the city!! Will happily drive a bit out of my way for this. Don’t know what they do differently than other places, but it’s worth it!! Highly recommend!

I went there with my friend's family. Good for kids as they love bubble tea a lot which comes in different flavour. You can play table games too if you have to wait for ordere . Small sitting also available.

This has been my go to place for avocado slush, hold the ice cream and 30% honey absolutely delicious but I have to say the last time I was really disappointed instead of having a green/drink. It was brown. The avocados they used were so old I had to throw it out and when you’re paying almost $10 for a drink, that’s just not acceptable. I won’t be back.

They didn't have Thai Tea so I opted to try their Pearl Milk Tea. Service was very good and the Pearl Tea was excellent! Quick service as well! Thanks!

I recently tried Kungfu Tea and was blown away by how amazing everything tasted! I ordered the Cheese Foam Matcha and Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea, and both drinks were absolutely exceptional. The matcha had a rich, earthy flavor that paired perfectly with the creamy cheese foam on top — not too sweet, just perfectly balanced. The brown sugar milk tea was silky and fragrant, with pearls that were soft and chewy in all the right ways. What really impressed me was how well-balanced the sweetness was — rich and flavorful, but never overwhelming.
I also tried their waffle, and wow — it was light, crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, with just the right hint of sweetness.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for bold flavor without the sugar overload!

We ordered the Oreo Black Warrior and the pearl milk tea. I liked the Black Warrior more—it looked more exciting and had more interesting ingredients. The pearl milk tea was just like a typical milk tea. I did expect the drinks to be a bit bigger for the price, but overall, it was a good experience.
