Love our Bubble Tea !! So it is lovely to try different shops. But I must say, this bubble tea shop definitely 100% keeps us coming back always!! So much! Their pearls are perfect! No matter what we try here, it is delicious. The staff is friendly and quick. It’s always clean and organized. If you sign up for their points system, it is not long before your getting your beverage for free ? Totally recommend!

Very genuine and awesome service! I wanted a grapefruit slush special that was posted on the door but accidentally ordered another grapefruit special instead (there was more than one grapefruit drink posted on different posters on the door which I didn’t realize) and the lady thought I referred to the one I didn’t want. It was technically my fault as I didn’t pay attention when she repeated my order. Nonetheless she insisted on offering to make me the drink I wanted for no extra charge which was incredibly nice. Thank you Kim for delivering such awesome service!!

Sometimes the music is a little loud for a café.Vegetarian options: No meat is served here so it's all vegetarian.Parking: Parking lot is shared with other businesses but it's still normally easy to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids. There's even games available to play while you enjoy your treats.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance to the store is at sidewalk level so it's easy to get in and out. Washroom is accessible, too, with an assist bar and low sink. The chairs and tables aren't fixed so you can easily get a wheelchair up to the table.

Our classic go to is the ginger milk tea with pearls which they make well everytimeWe also recently had them cater for our party - 170 drinks and the quality for all of them wasn't different from usual. Very impressive for such a large batch
