Quality and customer service is always great
Staff are friendly and drinks are always great
The one girl, every time see her can barely hear her, seems sloppy and like she could care less. It’s a real turn off. The guy seems genuine. For the amount I have spent. I might use my points and go elsewhere from now on. Last time the drink was very sub par, this time it was better. Hoping for more consistency. Fire the girl, maybe shes a relative and feels like shes above the proper manners.
Excellent service! Clean store
Great service!
My wife and son are regular customers in south Acidia location. It s always good there. This location, the service wasn’t good like the other one , drink take so long to get it , the other customer came behind us and he got his. The service wasn’t nice at all. Won’t go back this location .
They are always the friendliest and helpful bbt place! We love coming here, almost ritualistically. Was a good Merry Christmas hot Magic cube latte!
I ordered the mango slush with cheese milk foam and this is probably my favourite cheese foam drink for any bubble tea place in Calgary.
My only gripe is that one of the staff working there looked pissed that I was ordered with a cashier and not the self serve kiosk and had an annoyed look when she handed me my drink..
The best milk tea
Love the milk king! Both hot and cold versions of it.

Quick and efficient, staff always made my drink in less than 2 mins and it tastes excellent.
Probably the best brown sugar pearls in town!! Milk tea is always so gooddddd
please get milk substitutes guys :(
Cashier was pretty pissed off when I was asking to order with her instead of the self pay thingy. I had questions about drinks the self pay screen couldn’t answer. And then she proceeded to give my two kids who are five years old, large slushy and then you gave me a cold earl gray milk tea when I asked for a hot one. She didn’t ask about sugar level. So our drinks were super sweet. She didn’t ask about ice level and then when my kids waffle fell in the middle of the restaurant she didn’t bother saying oh I’m sorry, do you want another one or asking me if I would like to pay for another one. Which I wouldn’t have, but I just feel like the act of asking would’ve been nice.
I’ll never be returning to the store never mind this Kung Fu chain. They’ve gone major downhill.
Was rudely told when I went in (first time customer) that I had to order at their self-serve machine, not with one of their employees. Couldn’t find the menu item that was listed on the menu on their self serve machine, so left empty handed. Bummer.
