Sorry for the previous review, that was my nephew, anyways great service, and even better milk tea!

So many bubble tea places, but this one stands out. Clean space, energetic staff, and drinks that are just… addictive!
Also spot this cute lil plushie!

I was really looking forward to enjoying my milk tea, but unfortunately, I found a strand of hair in the drink. This was incredibly disappointing and unhygienic. Cleanliness is something I take seriously, especially when it comes to food and beverages, and this experience made me lose confidence in the establishment’s standards.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements stricter hygiene protocols. I won't be returning unless I'm assured that better care is being taken in preparation.

I come here every week or so. The drinks are good however, every time I add in my phone number, the points are never added to my account. It’s understandable if it’s once in a while, however, this happens almost every time I come in. Even today, when we got 3 drinks, none of the points were added. I may or may not be overreacting but these points adds up over time. I’m not one to leave a review to complain, but I think that the system could improve so that customers are not missed out on their points.

My first time trying this,certainly won’t be the last.

Very professional and respectful staff. The place is very clean and you can find small tables there with chairs for you to enjoy your teas there. There is a lot of variety of drinks which are really delicious. Highly recommended place if you really want to enjoy traditional Taiwanese bubble tea.

The taste of the drink was okay. Their staff isn’t very welcoming— doesn’t greet guests when they come in, doesn’t smile at all and quite rude when taking orders. My drink wasn’t sealed properly and it was leaking.

The ginger milk tea is excellent.

My husband and I tried the mango slush, and I have to say, it’s the best mango slush I’ve ever tasted! The flavor was incredibly refreshing making it a delightful treat. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying drink!

I have been a loyal customer of this location for a long time now and I have even given good google reviews previously as the staff have always been friendly. But today, it was a humiliating experience for me with this new staff, I ordered 3 drinks and obviously didn’t have any bag with me. I told him/them i needed a bag as i can’t carry 3 drinks obviously. But he told me they charge bags now. And i totally understand that. I told him i don’t have any coins and if they would allow to charge a card for $0.30. He said no. So i told them if they can just refund the drink payments and add the bag fee to my total. He said he will just give me the bag but next time it will be charged. And i already felt bad for that tbh, but i also told him if he was able to add points to my loyalty number card and he said i could either have a free bag or the points. But i know the points i could earn for the purchase doesn’t equivalent to just 30 cents. I dunno i just felt offended with the staff’s attitude and the way he said it. I think it could have been said more nicely. Like I ain’t trying to get a free bag and if he informed me before paying that if i need a bag cause obviously i can’t carry 3 drinks and that I don’t have a big bag to put the drinks, i am more than willing to pay for it. But the points compensation doesn’t sit well right with me and that he said at the end that he did add the points but I don’t believe him so. I guess i would see when i claim my drink for the last time as i know my previous points is 526, let me jut claim my free drink and I ain’t going back at the location ever again. I wanted bubble tea to lift up my mood and have a happy drink but it just gotten worse after that interaction.
