Genuinely love this place. Best boba shop in YYC! I’ve been to multiple boba shops, as-well as ones in BC Vancouver and the other ones do not compare to this one. Staff is always so friendly, atmosphere is delightful, and the boba here is top tier. Recommended to everybody!

I just walked out of the store without placing an order as associate were too rude and not helpful at all and they were not even apologetic about it, don’t understand why such people are getting hired. If you are not willing to sell, I would recommend to close the store.

Shoutout to May (Anh) for being the warmest, friendliest barista at the shop! Her personality alone deserves a 5 star review. Lady boss, u know what to do.Drinks in picture are the yummy Oreo Black Warrior and Passionfruit Green Tea in our own cups. Can u imagine how many plastic cups and straws u'll cut down by just investing ONCE in them? I have definitely reduced enough plastic to fill a whole bedroom to its ceiling. Do it!

Bad customers service . I always ask for delivery in this places and I really love the product but today I when to the store and the lady with glasses was really rude in the way that she treated us for no reason . I will never buy again in this store .
