Was here a little more than a year ago. Really liked it. Very good quality, almost like in France. But now, what happened? The driest, most tasteless and most expensive croissant I’ve ever tasted. The hot chocolate was very good though , with super cute bears. Over priced. Will not come here again.

Very bad experience, when I got to the counter, the three ladies were laughing over something on their phone, and I the customer felt like an afterthought. The Almond croissant was indistinguishable from a regular croissant, I couldn't taste any butter and there was no almond filling which makes me wonder if they use another alternative like canola oil or margarine? The cappuccino was awful, watery, as if they just let the previous Espresso pod run a few times, zero flavour. I asked the barrista to add another shot, but I didn't hear the machine go back on and what ever she added did not help.

It's a sad affair to charge $13 for a croissant and coffee to get dismissive service, coffee that tastes like brown water and an over priced croissant that tasted like cardboard. I will never go here again. I could have gone to Sucre and get superior quality for a cheaper cost.

Google needs to add a negative star option.

I used to love the baguette sandwiches here, but the quality has really gone downhill in the last year or so.

Bread is dry and the serving is smaller than preciously. Would like the option to choose white or whole wheat baguette.

Croissants are still delicious though

Two baguette sandwiches and two sanpellegrino Aranciata was over $40.
The bread was cold and the toppings were put in with no care. The bread was so hard it hurt to eat. I used to love this place when I lived in the area and was so disappointed by this experience.
The idea that is a representation of an European or French cafe is very misleading.
Only worth the visit if you are looking for a patio to sit at with your dog and grab an espresso. The food is a nope.

Not worth the hype. Had hot chocolate which was so bad, Tim Hortons has better hot chocolate. The service is terrible. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE waste of the $20-$30

The breakfast crepe here is filling and tasty. Their other pastries are quite unique and there is a lot of variety. The flavour isn’t mind blowing or anything, but I would say maybe better than average (slightly). I did enjoy the coffee which had a balanced roast and the barista did a good job with the temperature etc. I don’t know about others but I hate cold coffee. Here was hot and milk was steamed well. The servers come and clear things quite quickly. I would like to come back here with my wife.

Their pastry is always charred and over cooked, very disappointing. Crisp is ok, but pastry should not crumble to dust. Their lattes are 75% milk, might as well just drink steamed milk. Unfortunate, because they were so good when they first opened.

We ordered an onion soup, flan, egg and ham crepe and sandwich. Bread was too hard, soup was too salty. Flan was the inky good thing we liked.

Parking: There are 3 spots reserved for the bakery customers in the parking lot available for upto 1 hour, rest of them have to be paid for.

The spanakopita is crisp and amazing.
Abysmal service , ordered macchiato, cream of mushroom and a savoury pastry, 1/3 items rang up delivered correctly. I appreciated the effort to correct their mistakes. hope the counter attendant is better in the future at placing the orders correctly. Really awkward delivery of all items at different stages and some in to go and some for here.
