Delicious bakery with fresh baked pastries and bread, possibly the best croissants I've ever had.The customer service however was definitely lacking, when I asked for some help finding a pastrie that my friend wanted I was answered with a rude and unwelcoming response. Doesn't make you want to support a small business when you are treated poorly, I will probably go elsewhere in future.

Macarons were good but some in the boxes were broken already. Spinach feta croissant was overly cooked and too dry with no flavour. Would get sweets again only. Friendly service!

At exactly 6pm I went to get some muffins, the reception girl looked at her back on time and was not ready to even hear me out. I said I just need to buy muffins and she was stuck with “no we are close”. Come on it’s a To go order of bakery item. I asked her do u sell muffin and she still said “we are close”. I want to give a zero star rating to this place if that’s the option. Not kind people!

There's a reason this place is so popular everyday. Top notch baking. Lots of regular staples and always a few new items. Sandwiches are delicious and the assortment of fresh baked breads are great. I knocked one star off for atmosphere as it does get very busy and it is hard to relax inside the cafe with people Jocelyn around. Not the fault of the bakery at all, but just something to be aware of if you're looking for a quiet place or brunch. More a testament to their success and quality that it is always packed in here.

Just making a u turn at the parking lot to pickup a customer the baker came out yelling at me asking me to turn off my lights . he was so wild and rude never seen someone aggressive like that

Love the smoked sandwich baguette & crepes! It’s been forever, but I remember loving their cream of mushroom soup when I had it many years ago.
I went yesterday and ordered a latte. They got my order wrong and asked me to pay the difference for my actual drink. Which would have been fine, but they should have given me the drink instead as they got it wrong.They took 25 min, and the girls working were extremely rude as they were mostly gossiping in the back. I have been a few times, but I guess that was my last. Will make sure to pass it on to others. The owners run this place, so they get away with rude staff. Don't recommend!!

The experience was off today. The baguette had no crispiness to it and no air pockets in it. The vanilla croissant was extremely eggy. Typically this bakery, the croissants were the closest in taste to my bakery in Lille France. Not sure if they changed recipes or new baker but the product was not up to par today.

Ordered a six dollar almond croissant and a 6 dollar raspberry almond muffin and the amount of filling in both is utterly laughable compared to any other artisan bakery in the city this is by far the worst ive ever had.The pastry is supposed to be light and fluffy what i got was basically
