This is the second time I went to this place and they got my order wrong AGAIN.
First time I thought it’s ok we’re human I didn’t think anything of it even though I got the wrong ice cream I didn’t care it happens, they also didn’t have tapioca pearls for the bubble tea they offer.
I came back yesterday with my family after a cold walk we wanted 3 cappuccinos that are part of the menu of hot drinks and not only they brought us 3 hot chocolates, it took more than 10 minutes. After mentioning to the lady that they were hot chocolates she assured me that is cappuccinos and their recipe, I don’t blame her and coworkers as they are clearly not well trained, how do 3 people not know that a cappuccino has coffee, not chocolate. She also repeated back my order 3 times “you want 3 cappuccino’s” so I know it’s not that she got the order wrong the first time.
They offered me something to compensate which i appreciate their effort, we didn’t want anything, i just won’t ever go back to that place. To the owners, please train your employees well.

I ordered the lava cake crepe with added bananas, a blue lemonade drink (I forgot the name), and ice cream to go. It was all amazing! The lava cake crepe was fantastic; the cake was hot, but the soft serve helped, and the crepe was extremely soft and perfect for snacking. The ice cream was good, but the bubble gum inside was a bit too sweet. The only warning is about the pistachio cone—it's very bitter for those who dislike bitterness. The drink tasted amazing! I usually don't like lemonade, but this one tasted like the lemonade from food trucks or carnivals. Bonus points as the guy who took my order was very nice and informative 👍

Edit, all of this cost around 22-26 dollars

The vegan ice cream I ordered shouldnt be called vegan ice cream. It wasn't cold and it didn't have any texture close to vegan ice cream and I've had some pretty good vegan ice cream this was legit cookie dough in a bowl very disappointed

I’ve been coming here for a while, and I love it. Today a fantastic employee, Heaven, indulged my Frankenstein-desert craving and made the one of the best ice creams I’ve had. So compliments to the chef!

Heaven is such a sweet heart loved her service and the way she helped me pick the best of all icecream options. She welcomed us so nicely and made sure we leave fully satisfied. Heaven made the experience much much better and easier. Will for sure love to be served by Heaven💯💯💯

Order from here last night was was very disappointed ...the cheese cake slices wrew the smallest.i have ever had they didn't even fill the small containers they came in . They were so tiny !! They were also frozen so had to wait for them.to thaw . Taste was good but sad to pay 10 for.frozen cheese cake ... we also got the waffle with ice cream, and they forgot the ice cream . It was put in a paper bag, so I didn't notice intoll we got home.

I visited last week and had a fantastic experience! The variety of flavors was impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting new combinations.
I tried chocolate-flavored hard ice cream with toppings, along with mini donuts, and it was creamy and perfectly sweet. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a treat. Definitely a place I’ll return to soon!
