Soft serve dipped in real chocolate. It's pretty delicious. Lots of other stuff can be added. Candy, nuts, etc.

We had a great experience visiting La Diperie for the first time. Prexika was very helpful in explaining my mom all of the offerings and truly delivered a great customer service!

The ice cream was absolutely amazing! Today was our first time visiting, and we ordered the kunafa ice cream — the perfect mix of hot and cold. The waffle was warm and crispy with a scoop of pistachio ice cream on top, and it was so yummy. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. A special shoutout to our server, PREKSHA — she was wonderful and made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!🍧❤️😋

I was waiting to be served, but the worker skipped me and helped another customer first. It didn’t seem fair, and no explanation was given. I hope staff can be more attentive to the order of customers in the future.

Growing up in Montréal, I spent a lot of time at the original La Diperie, so the brand matters to me. Tonight at the Country Hills location my daughter and I had the kind of visit that reminded me why I love it. We were welcomed by Kruti, warm, cheerful, and fun with my little one. She helped us choose, explained the dips and toppings, and turned the melted chocolate moment into a real experience. I have had a few disappointing visits at other branches in Montréal where the experience felt rushed, so this stood out. Owners, great hire, this team does justice to the brand. La Diperie is not just selling ice cream, they are offering a unique experience, and this store gets it right. We will be back with the whole family. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: I got a call from the owner. He let me know that the sale rep was not aware about the process and he refunded half of the amount since I opted for other flavour. Thank you for reaching out. I really appreciate it..

I ordered a Mango cake online around 8 pm and scheduled to pick up at 9.30 pm. When I reached there, the sales rep told me that cake is not in stock. Why did not they tell me when I ordered it online? Why do you waste your customer’s time and resources? When I asked for refund, she advised me to do it online and raise my concern . Seriously?? Will never go again to this franchise

Ice cream treat was delicious! Chocolate dip was so good!

I find it overpriced and underwhelming each time. Came here last week after almost a year and tried the lava cake. It isn't that gooey choc inside it's just a choc cake warmed up in the oven and topped with their generic tasting vanilla soft serve. Not worth the price at all.
