Amazing dessert place! They have so many options like cakes, cheesecakes, ice cream, and even bubble tea! It was overwhelming with all the options but the girl employee working today was very sweet and explained everything to us. Great customer service and the ice cream was very tasty. I really like the presentation of the dipped ice cream. I will try bubble tea next time. This place is a must try!

I visited this place on Sat night for the first time. The server explained how it works, I ordered his recommended dipped soft serve.The soft serve was delicious, they have many different flavored chocolate dips, some flavor are very unique, I have never seen them elsewhere.I also tried cheese cake factory cheese cake. It was sold per a slice, frozen in a package. Calgary no longer has cheese cake factory, I was happy to be able to try their cheese cake.What I did not like was mini donuts. They pre fry the donuts and keep them in fridge. They toast donuts in toaster before serving. The oil tasted like old oil, it was hard, not fluffy. If it did not have any toppings and just plain donuts, I would not be able to eat it because of the oil smell and taste.They have crepes, waffles, etc. I’d love to try different items next time!Dietary restrictions: I do not believe they have non-dairy optionKid-friendliness: Kids friendly!

What really made me review it 5 stars is the service, the gentleman that helped us tonight (10/28) was very nice, explained everything for us, and didn't rush us when we were paralyzed by indecision from all the different toppings and dips they have available! He made us all our items (ice creams, soft serve, apple pie, cheesecake, and crepes) and they were delish. He managed the place all on his own very well with all the delivery orders and with me and my family dining in and eating our desserts.

Dont order a cake from theses guys, they will send a cake that has missing pieces from it to you and still charge for a full one and when you complain they say "well come all the way to where we are and we will give you a 10 dollar gift card, it cost 10 dollars just to drive there. They grabbed the cake out of the freezer and didnt even look at it, just sent it , very sloppy service and not enough attention to detail if you just shove food in a bag and dont look to see if everything is in order!!!!! WOW!!! Specially when you charge so much for your items, shame on you and they dont make their cakes they are from another company!!!
