Walked in at 10:44pm, it was completely empty. Before even saying hello, the employee said “we close in three minutes by the way”. Which wasn’t true, they close at 11pm. I made sure to check beforehand. I responded and said we were just stopping in for a quick milkshake to go, and she responded “no. there’s no milk”. We said we were okay and would leave, which we did. She immediately turned off the sign at 10:47, turned off the lights and locked up. We watched her leave immediately after we did before closing time. I work in the restaurant industry and understand wanting to close up fast, but this was really disappointing service. We made sure to show up with 15 minutes to spare because again, I understand wanting to leave right at closing time. If they don’t serve until 11pm, and immediately tell us they’re closing as opposed to even greeting us, they need to change their hours. We chose this place because of good reviews, and we were having a late night date. Definitely won’t be back to actually try their shakes.

I just ordered the Banana Split and the Maighty Mutty waffles... They were old, cold, hard as a rock, and tasted horrible. I could ONLY eat the topings. A complete waste of my money.

Yummy and creamy oreo milkshake.. The best I’ve had in town. Highly recommend the pistachio kunafa icecream and the dipping dots. They also offer a wide range of cheesecakes from ‘The Cheesecake Factory’. Truly a one stop shop for all your sweet tooth cravings in an upscale neighbourhood😊

Asked the lady to put less ice cream in the cup for my kids, instead she ignored me and filled it. Asked her for less chocolate syrup multiple times and she ignored me as she coated it with a centimeter thick layer. Our kids said it was difficult to eat and too sweet. Sorry, not coming back.

Ingredients must be made by angels cause what even is in this strawberry cheesecake??? It’s so freaking delicious- I’m devouring it although I’m full. My tastes were like we can make room lol also those drinks are really tasty and I need the recipe! Kids are geeking out on the brownie cake.
