Its amazing place for drinks, cocktails are really nice. There are not many options for food though. Eat before and go for drinks here. Ambience wise its amazing, you have to read a few signs to reach the door and then phone and password was a nice touch. Overall amazing

Great place for a close conversation. Excellent food and drink. Price point comes with the territory. Great for extending your fine tequila discovery journey. Can get loud when it fills up. Love it there!

People actually giving this a good review have never been to a good bar... Just unbelievable! No food variety, overpriced, and drinks aren't that great. Variety for wine and tequila, didnt have a good scotch whiskey ?

It was a fun experience though a bit on the pricey side! We all had a great time! Service was also great! Was a little disappointed that no one asked us for the password for us to be allowed in. Kind of felt like that was supposed to be part of the experience, that to get into the Speakeasy, you had to have a password. We said who we were and had a reservation and they just let us in. Too bad the password wasn't used. We HIGHLY recommend you start using the password that we get during the day to make it more fun for everyone!!!

Satisfactory. Friendly staff, slow service, basic cocktail menu, limited food menu. Maybe if you're a big tequila fan it's got something you'd like, but otherwise they do the bare minimum and do it passably.

We've been celebrating our anniversary at La Hacienda for two years now and the cocktails are top level amazing! We had such a great experience talking with the bartender and having a mescal/tequila experience that was perfect for us. Book early if you want the front row bar experience!

Great little cocktail bar with some cool Mezcal and tequila options. Charcuterie platter was yummy. Atmosphere is awesome, it’s just a small little place. Remember your password from your reservation!

This was a truly amazing experience. A very unique, hidden in the basement, need a secret password, kind of setting with unique and flavourful cocktails. Our time was extremely enjoyable, and felt like we were exploring a new dining and cocktail experience. The service was incredible. The setting is small and intimate and so unique. It’s quiet. It seats may be 15. The drinks are far from routine. Each cocktail is made with attention to flavours and aromas that you probably haven’t had anywhere else. If you like, hidden speakeasies, specialty crafted cocktails and great service then you really must try La Hacienda. We will definitely be going back.

Fun small speakeasy with an intimate atmosphere. Once you manage to find it you have to know the password of the evening to get in. If you enjoy tequila based cocktails and mexican music you'll enjoy La Hacienda. It does get hot down there, I'd suggest wearing something a bit lighter.

Evening was good, small restaurant good ambiance. The only issue was we were not aware there was a time limit for reservations. Our server gave us 15 minutes to finish our drinks and head out as there was another table who apparently had a reso after us. This was never explained when we made the reso or when we arrived so we were taken back when they told us that our reso time was up. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend due to this.

A very unique and awesome experience. Love the small, quaint, setting hidden away in the basement. The service was excellent. The drinks were super flavourful and creative. The setting was just so unique, so quiet, so intimate, so engaging, so perfect. Will definitely be going back

We have been back many times. And we always receive a warm welcome. Food and cocktails are outstanding. Service is very efficient, warm and friendly. Highly recommended for a different and special evening out.

I had a bit higher hopes for this place. We were placed at the bar seating which I knew when I booked but it was extremely uncomfortable for 4 of us. The space is so small between people behind us and the bar directly in front of us (so we had little privacy for conversation). I was on the corner and every time someone passed they bumped my chair which was rather annoying. The seats themselves are super uncomfortable and not great for anyone plus sized. The drinks were okay, I wouldn't run back for them. Presentation was also just okay, I feel it could have some improvements as I personally find that one of the most exciting parts of a good cocktail. We did not try the food, they were snack size and rather expensive so we skipped that (this review forced me to review food also). They also didn't even ask me for the password which is kind of the point of a speakeasy however it was okay because the password they chose is one I wasn't quite sure how to pronounce properly so I had anxiety about that. I will also say I think this place is best suited for smaller parties of no more than 2 people, it doesn't seem well designed or set up for any parties of 3 or more that would make it comfortable for everyone. Finding the location was difficult, I had been to view from the outside before so I knew where it was but I don't recall getting and email or anything describing how to find the location which is rather hidden, everyone else in my party needed me to go get them when I was already seated. As I see it some improvements can be made to make this a cute regular spot of mine but overall I feel like I've been to some better places similar to this so I'm not sure I would return in a hurry.
