I had an encounter where the staff flat out would not make a build your own salad because they were 30 minutes from closing. They insisted I pick from the salads in the refrigerator even after I insisted I couldn’t eat the ingredients due to dietary, I asked if I could get the advertised salad on the board from the ingredients literally out in front of me subway style and the staff just kept shaking their heads saying it wasn’t possible because there was premade ones, urg. Hate to leave a bad review but thumbs down, i wasn’t asking for anything off menu just what was advertised. I felt disappointed by what amounted to zero service from the only place with veggie options.

The first and only time I will order from here. Cashier did not even speak English. She had no idea what I was asking for and ended up giving me the wrong soup I ordered. How do you mess up tomato bisque and chicken gumbo? I even said chicken several times.

Food is tasty and attempt is made to do a good job but I bought a readymade salad and it was bad. A whole section of it was rotten and had mud in it. The staff did sympathize with me and provided me with a replacement but I cannot get the taste out of my mouth.

I went to LaPrep sometime back when I was craving for some veg sandwich and the staff girl Priya suggested the best of all - firecracker spinach corn sandwich and I must say , it was too good. She was very friendly and understood what I wanted and served the best. Thanks a lot :)

I had never heard of La Prep and a thought I was supporting the little guy. The food was terrible and the service was the worst service in my 55 laps around the sun. I will never return nor go to any of the other locations.

When the airport is busy and there is a long line up at Starbucks or Tim Hortons, this is another option for coffee. However, the service is inefficient, the hot drinks were overly sweet and the counter area is messy.
Aug. 25, 2024 at 5:30ish pm. The staff in the cashier is rude. I asked where I can get a spoon for my soup. She pointed out where the cutleries are and sarcastically said, "Boom!" I requested if she could be a little nicer. Also, she keeps on talking to the other staff who was doing the salad. They were talking a lot without any mask while preparing food. On a positive note, the soup of the day was delicious.

After arriving at the domestic terminal, we needed to find a quick place to grab a bite. While looking around this establishment offered a breakfast menu that showed promise. It was the best option available we felt. However, the chocolate croissant fell short of expectations, with barely any chocolate present inside. The breakfast bagels were average at best, suffering from a lack of moisture and requiring additional condiments such as the mayonnaise or pesto sauce. They didn't cut the bagel all the way through so the sandwich fell apart trying to get it out of the bag a d half the egg landed on the floor. Despite some shortcomings, this quick breakfast served its purpose in providing sustenance before our flight.

Edward on the cash register was very nice, so I hate that I’m rating this place so low. But the food itself was only okay. In addition, the person making food was wearing gloves but still touching every surface imaginable which makes no sense. There would still be so many germs on the food because of the gloves touching everything aside from food. That’s a big no-no. I don’t think I’ll be back.
