I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about but this place was amazing, amazing! The food was so fresh and made right to order. I will say the cashier, he was very polite and friendly, but did lack knowledge about the menu. Another customer interjected himself during our order and was asking about sandwich toppings and the employee has no idea, none, he just told him to look at the already made sandwiches to see what was going to be put on your made to order sandwich. Anyway, he was great with us but we were making no substitutions and adding nothing, so maybe that was easier? I will say this place is very expensive, but it's in the Calgary Airport so one must expect that. There is community seating, shared with 2 other take-away places so seating can be limited, we experienced no issues, its just an observation. The seating is also packed tightly together so be mindful of where you are placing your carry-ons. Back to the food - I had the Eggplant sandwich and the eggplant was perfectly cooked, the toppings were plentiful and the bread was an amazing chew texture. The sandwich was not dry and very filling. My husband has a spicy chicken, he did enjoy it but liked the eggplant sandwich much better. There was a sweet sauce on the spicy chicken that I just don't think complemented the chicken very well. If I ever get stuck in the Calgary Airport again, I would %1000 return!

Really bad place to get food, it’s an airport so I understand it’s expensive. The salads are pretty much boxed mixed greens with a tiny amount of extra stuff. Didn’t give nearly enough dressing for why they gave. The lady was also not very helpful. Definitely won’t be returning

Was surprised to see that they had a crispy eggplant sandwich on the menu. Was made promptly. Went up to the girl making it and asked for hot sauce which was gladly provided. Sandwich had great taste - came with arugula pickled onions- warmed up. Airport prices I suspect but staff were friendly.

Excellent breakfast sandwich. Hot, tasty, filling. Coffee has a nice deep flavour to it which I like. Over in the A gates. There menu is very unique and will come back to try some other items. Efficient service and friendly. I love Starbucks but wanted to try something different

Skipped a meal hoping to have the kimchi mushroom sandwich. After a long trip, I was really looking forward to this. I was so disappointed they were out, AGAIN!

Among the worst sandwiches I've ever paid for: dry bread, stringy procuitto, bland salami, tired veg, no condiments, AMF and too expensive

Surprised to get such a great sandwich right in the same food court as the likes of Subway! It was delicious.

Filipino lady working tonight had no manners when all I did was ask a question after saying her oven is closed for the night before 11:30 which I had no issue with but then when I asked about the sandwiches in the cooler which I was going to purchase. She told me to leave her alone because she trying to close and I’m distracting her very rudely even though she told that’s all thats available.

BEWARE: Got food poisoning here this morning from a ham, Swiss and egg breakfast croissant. I knew something was off when I noticed the cleaning rag they were using to wipe down the veggie coolers touched the arugula, and then they proceeded to put arugula on my sandwich..

The people were very friendly here but I still think back often at this place as the single worst coffee I ever tasted in my life anywhere in the world. I originally thought it was a mistake when I tried one sip and they very kindly made a second coffee for me. When I tasted a sip of the second one, I realized the mistake was ordering coffee there in the first place

I paid $20 usd and $2 cdn for a bill worth $22.85 & received 1.15 change. I tried repeatedly explaining that this was incorrect but was met with absolute certainty of her accounting. Be careful folks
